This place is great for beginners like myself, but one employee made me feel very uncomfortable. I came in requesting for a training session, then another employee took over and I'm new and clueless about all this. I was also very nervous for it being my first time. I didn't realize this employee charged for just a regular session and I realized too late. When I went to let them know, this employee angrily said across the room I didn't say anything about a training session. I felt that was very unprofessional while there was people around, but the employee never asked me what I was requesting either they just charged me. I guess the first person who helped me didn't relay what I had requested. I didn't even bother asking for my refund since I got charged twice. But other than that everything was great, my trainer was great, other employees, and customers were great. Everyone's experience is different, I still recommend this place especially for beginners.

This place is awesome! They got all kinds of firearms for rental from 9mm handguns to belt-fed machine guns. Great spot worth checking out if youΓÇÖre looking to maybe shoot something before you buy it or you just want to have some fun.

1 lane and 3 basic targets ran me $30. Which is nearly double what any other range charges. Sad to see Response: Ok let me rephrase. IΓÇÖve been shooting for 5-6 years all over the state. You literally have to most expensive range in AZ.

Go out of there way to charge you any chance they get. I understand if something is broken, but charging just as a policy for hitting something even when there is no damage leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This was years ago at this point. I was a beginner shooter at the time and have never been back since.

I am a new firearm owner and this was my second time shooting a firearm. It was my first time at 520 Tactical and they were incredibly helpful and kind. If itΓÇÖs your first time there, you have to watch a short video on Gun Range etiquette and safety which I believe everyone should watch anyway. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They have great prices and put safety first, which is incredibly important. I was having an issue removing a screw on my firearm, due to it being stripped, and the gun smith was so quick to help me out and even put my sight on for me! He also taught me a few things about zeroing it in, which was greatly appreciated. I really cannot recommend 520 Tactical enough. I will be going back every other week to continue working on my accuracy and will be buying my ammo from them going forward. Support your local gun store!

Very spacious range. It doesn't look that big from the outside. Staff is top notch, professional and cool. Great rates. I highly recommend.

My wife and I stopped by and we had an instructor led training, right then and there, no appointment needed. The instructor was fantastic and was patient with us as it was the first time with a firearm. I would highly recommended this place for anyone starting out , they are very welcoming and kind at an affordable price, easy five stars!!

I had a great time at this range the owner and the man at the counter are very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of rentals so if you wanna try something before your buy it they probably have it.

Professional and friendly staff. Rental firearms ran perfectly, and first time I've seen a range outside of Vegas rent full auto and suppressed firearms. Great place overall.

Under the old ownership like 5 years ago, I had a very negative experience and never went back until last week, discovering it is now under new ownership since a couple years ago. All the staff there were fantasticΓÇö very helpful, knowledgeable, kind. I look forward to going back!

Theres a lot of places to shoot outside in Arizona, but if you find me at any indoor range its going to be 520 tactical. The staff is not only fun and friendly, but are also people i would consider great friends of mine. 520 is like a home away from home. Looking to shoot id highly suggest this place. You can rent full auto machine guns too!

Went here to try out a new pistol and was my first time visiting this location. Staff is very courteous and professional, facility is clean and well organized, and there were plenty shooting positions. After a short safety video I was checked in and ready to shoot. Bought some targets and ran my new gun through it's paces. Definitely will be coming back and they also do competitions if you'd like to compete.

The staff is friendly and the owner loves to chat. The range area is fairly spacious and reasonably clean and all equipment was in working order. Prices are reasonable and they have a decent selection of firearms for rent to try out on the range. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
