Horrible customer service. Was greeted upon entry advised what I was looking for yet the sales person just stood there and stared at me instead of showing me a selection. Appeared he was not concerned with helping me. Needless to say I will not go back or recommend.

I took my CPL class here with instructor Ron he was absolutely amazing definitely makes the class enjoyable. Also to note the air quality there was very very good they do a great job of making sure of that!

My Concealed Pistol License (CPL) class was on 2/15/25 (10am-6pm) with Instructors, Ronald Clark. He was knowledgeable, experienced and humorous, a great combination to have in a class full of strangers who may be a little nervous like I was. Mr. Ron covered 5 hr in the class and 3 hrs in the range training. I left with a Michigan CPL Course Certificate, USCCA membership, an abundance of valuable information on rules & regulations and friends who are taking this course serious and are going to the next level… more training on safety, laws and accuracy!

I enjoyed my class with Ron Clark this past Saturday, he definitely made the 8 hours feel like nothing. He taught us everything of the importance and even some of his life experiences within his career. I would recommend Ron for future reference because he made it an interesting 8 hour course. Participated in a CPL course on a very snowy day at Action Impact. The facility including the bathrooms were well lit, clean and properly marked. Mr. R. Clark, the instructor, was definitely not your typical course instructor. But with his method of teaching he provided the necessary information in a humorous way while keeping the class woke for 8 hrs. We also had good range time without being rushed or pressured to perform at top level. No one was made to feel stupid and all questions were answered. But, Mr Clark most importantly emphasized how important it was to continue with training and that today's class was only basic knowledge to get a CPL.

1st time taking a CPL class. Thought for sure eight hours would be very hard to get through. Ron made the class interesting and informative. His way of instructing makes you want to stay engaged in the class which helps gain more knowledge. You can also tell that he is very passionate about what he is teaching. Range time was great. Ron and Juan both worked together to make sure everybody was handling their gun safely while offering tips. I would highly recommend taking your CPL class at Action Impact. You wonΓÇÖt be disappointed.

If you need CPL classes (or renewal), this is the place. Everything is under one roof, and the instructors are top-notch. Practically every brand name is in stock and competitive prices make Action Impact my go to. If they don't have it, you don't need it.

Ron was awesome. Made the class fun and was very knowledgeable. He announced you by your name, and made you feel like you werenΓÇÖt just another dollar sign object joining the class. Very supportive in the shooting range and watched you to make sure you felt comfortable and helped if you had questions. Would highly recommend.

Make sure you shop around as they're WAY overpriced, I purchased a weapon light from them and found it for about $100 cheaper, since I haven't installed it yet I thought I might return it but the return policy says no refunds on virtually everything they sell there. I understand the price being a little higher at a brick and mortar store since you can actually see what your getting and a bit of guidance doesn't hurt but that $100 hurts enough to never go back for any firearm purchase going forward.

We went for our CPL my husband and me. Our instructor Ron was amazing. He kept the class interested and involved. Very informative and he made sure to answer all questions. We would recommend this location and Ron any time. We will definitely be back to purchase and learn. Thanks guys!!!!

If you plan to get a cpl here for any reason go elsewhere this place is a joke these people are sellouts they try over and over to scare you into joining the subscription services they are associated with that have been proven to be a scam from their past history just so they can get a commission on new gun owners that donΓÇÖt know any better the staff is not the best either their prices for ammunition are through the roof and gun prices are laughable there are much better shooting ranges in the area.

Make sure you chef out your mags before leaving they sold me an AR 15 with a faulty magazine it takes more force then normal to load it jams trying to load it and the mag falls out after every shot

I would NOT recommend attending the CPL training class for beginners. Or at least not with the instructor Willie Campbell. Dave was amazing, calm, and patient. He spent most of the time talking and trying to frighten the class from even getting the CPL. They never explained how to load the weapon before we entered the range. 3 1/2 hours of range time was advertised and we only spent 1 hour 1/2 shooting. Everyone shot on the same paper so you couldnΓÇÖt even gage your aim or take home your own. Woman were rushed to load and shoot after being told their was no rush. The class was taught as if we were all experienced shooters. He sped through all the gun details at the end of the class. Willie thought this class was a comedy show. Very dissatisfying. The establishment itself was clean and the employees were great.

Beautiful facility. Excellent instructions and instructors. Very professional and safe. They were excellent with the new shooters, guiding them along and helping when they needed it. I'll definitely be taking more classes here!

Recommend going somewhere else not only can you get most of the guns brand new for $300-$400 cheaper but also when I purchased a firearm from hear the guy was so worried about taking on multiple customers at once had questions he was in such a rush to just sell and get my customers out didn’t care if you like it or not range is awesome but customer service horrible 💯

One of the better indoor ranges around. Very nice facility from its abundant parking lot, to its modern shooting lanes. AI Eastpointe is spacious, clean and well stocked. The only possible issues are exorbitant display case prices for firearms, sometimes malfunctioning lane electronics, and in the past inconsistent knowledge level of some employees.

Visited today to service a pmag. The friendly staff examined the mag I brought in, and after examination, passed me a brand new mag and sent me on my way👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
