Q: Is there a shooting range here?

Q: Can I go to your provo site and and buy a target there?

A: For sure. Call the number on the website, ask for the "store" and tell them you want to "will call" your order. You can pick it up in Provo.

I placed an order on the 1st and they havenΓÇÖt shipped anything yet. IΓÇÖve asked a couple times over the last couple weeks whatΓÇÖs going on with my stuff they happily took my money for and they give me some sad song and dance about the holidays. Steer clear of this place they donΓÇÖt value your business and obviously the guy who owns it has lots of money and doesnΓÇÖt need ours.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever hard. In placing a small order for a single dueling tree over the phone, their customer service representative Josh Taylor arranged a same day pick-up for the item here locally. So impressed with Josh's timely communication and sincerely glad to help attitude. Extremely high quality product too.

Placed order for 100 paper targets on July 3, 2023. Sent email on July 7th for status of order and this is the reply I received: "It looks like everything on the order is in stock, and itΓÇÖs in queue to ship out. At the moment, our lead time is 3-4 weeks as weΓÇÖre working through a backlog of orders that came in while we were moving our warehouse. YouΓÇÖll receive tracking info once the order ships out." Checked order status yesterday and was still open. Sent email again, requesting status. I have no problem with companies moving but they need to let customers know up front before ordering, that due to moving, orders might be delayed. No response today. Checked website and now says order cancelled!! No one let me know after 2 emails. Their website says "exceptional service"...I don't think so. Only good thing, was that my credit card wasn't billed. I would have had to call credit card company and file fraud request and wait to get my money back. Be leery of ordering. Went elsewhere for targets.

First attempt: Submitted an order for 250+ paper targets and waited an entire month without being shipped a product or informed of a status update. After I call several times and finally get ahold of someone, I am told they are on "backorder" and that furthermore they are "discontinued" thus would have remained on permanent limbo and nobody would have called or emailed me to advise me of this. Second attempt, I order 300 paper targets and I CONFIRM with an individual they have both paper targets (100 of one and 200 of the other), "yes" she tells me. A week goes by and I received 100 paper targets and an invoice that states 200 are on back order.... This is the last time I will go through this company. Save your time and money and take note of all of these one-star reviews.

Ordered targets a month ago, and they still haven't shipped even though they confirmed all items were in stock. Do not waste your time or money. Look elsewhere.

Due to a bunch of the negative reviews - I placed an order just for Targets to test the customer service and Action Target's responsiveness to their customers PRIOR to considering them for other phases of the development of my ranges. So far - The Negative reviews are ringing true! Poor response, Poor Communication, Poor Service - If Action Target doesn't care about customers with modest expenditures... they DON"T CARE about ANY CUSTOMERS!!! They only care about your $$$ !!!

Since they moved operations to Utah, their customer service has been horrible. I ordered targets for our business a month ago and still haven't received them. Checked their website and order still in processing. Called them 2 weeks ago and they were back logged. Called four times today before someone answered, and today it's a supplier issue. I'm pretty sure it's a customer service issue!

I got the opportunity to walk into the lobby… And that’s about it, but I would say that it’s a pretty all right lobby. They have a bunch of photos hanging up and it seems like they care a lot about stuff and that’s great.

Purchased two breach doors for a training facility. They have worked to perfection and lasted despite being in harsh weather conditions. Company has always been professional. Would recommend.

Placed an order but no shipment for 3 weeks. Called to find out a few items were out of stock. We are local but can't go pick up. Finally they shipped on 4th week but then the order was incomplete and one item is defective. These guys are well known for being terrible in everyway, I should have stopped my friend from ordering.

Called on the phone to ask some questions, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I'd not spend a penny at this place. I don't understand how it is so difficult to be simply kind to someone, especially a customer.

Just barely called and dialed 0 to speak to the operator. I asked if I could come in and buy some products. I wanted to look at the quality before I dropped a ton of money on equipment that is going to be used heavily. She said "no, I can't come in, I need to order online." I said "well that's unfortunate.." and she interrupted me and said "well that work's for us, bye bye" then hangs up the phone. I have estimated i need to spend between $14,000 and $16,000 for my range. That is a lot of money for me and I'd like to look at the quality before I spend that kind of money. One thing I learned is dealing with them is not pleasant. I live about 2 minutes from Action Target, I'd prefer to support local businesses but they apparently do NOT care about their neighbors. Called at 12:39pm on August 26th, 2020

This companies products are good but they billed extra money on top of what my final bill stated. They are impossible to get a hold on. I have left 2 messages and emails with no response. Horrible customer service which is a shame. It makes them hard to recommend within the LE community

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This is an absolutely terrible company. They were contracted to build a shooting range for the Missouri Department of Conservation that would be open to the public, unfortunately, the range that was built by Action Target deteriorated so quickly is was forced to be shut down due to it being so unsafe. Instead of Action Target taking responsibility, they have chosen to do nothing. They have screwed the Missouri Department of Conservation, and the general public that not only used it, but who's tax dollars paid for it. Action Target should be sued, and shut down permanently. I eagerly await a response from the owner, who should really be in jail for defrauding the public, since they seem to like to reply to the abundance of negative reviews.

Cheap work bad people very bad management very rude guy named Erick who Manages the Paint department who does not respect anyone and is very prejudice. very pore choice in a leadership in the paint Area No organization at all always dirty. Some guy named Frank Kroger sleeping in the Woodshop Area from 12am to 3am in the morning for overtime? Taking advantage of the company and itΓÇÖs money? Does not help employees and keeps the worst workers and gets rid of the hard working people? I had to make an account just to write this.

Unorganized, awful to employees, high turnover rates, having people working in positions they are not qualified for and don't know how to handle. If you want an order screwed up, call them.
