Purchased 3 guns from this outfit. First time was a pleasant smooth transaction. Went in last week to purchase a few hand guns & the guys behind the counter acted as if I was a bother. I ended up purchasing the handguns from them anyways but I would rather give my business to crossroads in Chester they treat me like family not like IΓÇÖm a bother when IΓÇÖm giving them money.

This place is awesome. Both Rick for sales, and Matt for training, were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The gun store has an incredible selection and the range is safe and clean. This is a great place to buy a gun and learn how to use it. Highly recommended.

I have to be honest. I don’t think I have enough experience to rate a gun range but what I can tell you is that the staff at this range is super helpful and attentive. I felt safe at all times….and my aim at 50 yards is not too bad. Great place to learn to shoot properly and safely.

Not the range for beginners. They made us put the target 15 yards down range (12 gauge). When the target holder was hit - they threw us out with no refund.

Bill and I have a safe time shooting at adirondack gun range. I am in the ladies league with Jeremy and Jenny, the most informative instructors. We not only learn many safe ways to handle a gun, but have a good time learning.

Not a friendly place and extremely unhelpful. You walk in there and they act as if youΓÇÖre an inconvenience to them. Plenty of other places to go shoot and buy from. Avoid this one.

This place is fantastic! Me and a few friends came all the way from Montreal Canada to shoot our first guns. The staff were amazing and very nice. Explained very well things about the guns we were firing at the range and were able to answer all sorts of questions we had. We even had the luxury of switching our guns midway through so we got to experience pretty much all 9mm calibre guns. All in all this was a great first experience at a gun range. Will definitely be back for more in the future!

It's often hard to find the perfect place for just the right thing, aspesuly In this economy am I right. Adirondack Gun & Range is indeed the exception and my I add and an exceptional place with affordable princess and unmatched quality and customer service. They truly have no problem going the extra mile for it's customers. I have been coming here for several months and I've never been disappointed. Infact it's the only place I look forward going to on my days off. Yes indeed it's one of those please that has almost everything you could want or need. From it's wide selection of professional gun training courses to it's well ventilated indoor gun range, to it's vast array of guns and equipment you will find just about anything you could look for. If you're looking for a place like this but aren't sure if you want to take the time or drive the distance let me assure you, you won't be disappointed. And if by chance they don't have what you're looking for or aren't able to order it they seem to always be able to point you in the right direction. So come on by you'll be glad you did. And no I don't work here and I'm not being paid to say this. I truly do mean it and if you stop by you'll see I was telling the truth.

Not the best experience. We ordered 2 lines and were overcharged (as we found out later). They gave us a faulty rifle with the bullets being jammed every 2 minutes. We asked to exchange it, and they did, but that didn't help. Basically, half the time we spent trying to reload the damn thing because it wouldn't shoot. They were absolutely unhelpful and refused to refund. Stay away from this place. They're quick to sell something, but they don't care if the quality is bad.

I was a bit nervous to go here with my husband as IΓÇÖve never even held a gun before. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which helped to calm my nerves. I ended up having a great time!

If i could have put no star i would have! I had a very bad experience today at this location, I walked in with my family and the guy at the counter was so rude and unprofessional, me and my family walked in together and their were 12 of us, right away the guy at the counter mentioned we had to pay $50 per person.. When we walked in at first they had a sign that said $24.99 per person so, we asked him if we can pay the displayed price for individuals because we are not a group we are separate families, but this guy was very disrespectful to us and he said, since you all walked in as a group you have to pay group price and he couldn't give us the other deal considering that we would individually go into the range/in pairs. We told him again we are not a group; we should be considered separate families (some of the people that entered the building weren't even going into the range) however, he insisted on giving us a difficult time. As a valued customer the management team should look into this immediately. Due to his unprofessionalism you guys lost valued 12 customers today. He needs to be more professional and supportive to customers. I'd hate for this behavior to go on any longer or to find out that today's issue was caused by racist intent. Customers comes first!! Very unprofessional customers service!!

Was disappointed that an employee told me that I could fire my M1 there but the response to my email said that I absolutely cannot. There are no other indoor ranges around.

This is good place for first time. If you are searching for guns and ammo to buy it is good place. I was disappointed with guns for shooting, they are all small caliber, I was expecting bigger guns. Bit like I said it is good for first time in gun & range.

Great experience. Was my first time shooting and all of the people I interacted with were so kind. They took their time to explain everything to me. Gave me tips on how to improve. Took me to the range to shoot the used gun I was inquiring on buying (which I did). Showed me all the guns I was looking at. Big range. Big store. Amazing staff. I will be a new ΓÇ£regularΓÇ¥ here!
