Just left the place a few minutes ago. Just the most unfriendly people you will ever deal with. I was immediately made to feel as though we were not welcomed there. We walked and and all of the workers stopped and stared at us. No one said a word. One person said ΓÇ£what do you need.ΓÇ¥ What kind of service is that? IΓÇÖll find another range. IΓÇÖm sure they are reading and saying how little they care. As long as people are going there to shoot, good service is not in option. ItΓÇÖs not worth it. DonΓÇÖt spend your money with rude people.

Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in gun usage. Their prices are very fair and they are very welcoming.

I went in to get information. The men were nice, but ask the old guys the "real" questions. They are very knowledgeable. Place is clean and organized. Pretty impressive. Can't wait to use the facility.

Fantastic place with great service. Brought my AR-15 to get sighted and they did it in no time. Perfect adjustments. Also ask them to shoot 50 rounds through it to loosen it up as it was the first time it ever been shot and it was like Christmas time for the employee who was more than happy to do it. Very informative and very helpful staff. They also have cameras so you can watch people in the gun range without having to be in there.

We went to Agis Arms due to location and based on previous reviews. We was not greeted when walking in. And unlike the reviews we were not informed and given any education or safety advice regarding our first visit ever to a gun range. The target retractor on one of our lanes kept freezing and would not bring the target to the home base, as we kept asking them to fix it they all got a attitude and told us that our time was up. This was our first experience and the receptionist did not inform us that we only had one hour. We wouldnΓÇÖt have brought so many bullets if we had the information before hand. We further asked if we could finish the case and manager said ΓÇ£no, yΓÇÖall have to goΓÇ¥. We spent over $100 there just to be treated as if we were the problem. Even after we were finished none of the employees asked how was our experience or to even have a good day. They were rude everything felt rushed! I would not recommend.

Terrible service. The gun kept jamming on the 9mm . The range retractor was breaking non stop. The manager was upset that my party asked them to fix it numerous times. I had to tell one staff member about the way he was addressing me and my party and it went down hill from there. We were told that our party was there for 71 mins and could not finish our purchased bullets from the venue. However, a Caucasian family on the other end was told they could finish their shooting. The vibe was definitely racist and they were annoyed. I would not come here. Instead go and spend your money where youΓÇÖre valued.

I went here recently and the range was amazing. Really clean and excellent staff and owners. They have really new equipment as well. Also, very informative when I had questions. This will be my go to range for now on.

Everything from the staff to the cleanliness gives this place 5 stars all day. Nice concrete pillars separating you from other shooters and a decent range of rentals.

It is an indoor range. $19 per person. Bring your own eye protection to avoid renting. Call for the ΓÇ£specialsΓÇ¥ and plan ahead.

Great place. I took my son here to shoot. Range Safety was Mr. Kevin. Great guy, provided some good recommendations to help improve shooting techniques. He also ensure no one did anything dangerous on the range and kept a close eye on things. Very knowledgeable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Clean professional look to entire place. I plan to return again in the future.

I love this range! My bubby and I visited today to test out some new additions to his rifle and the staff were all super quick and helpful. They have a great selection of full auto rentals and a desert eagle .50 that IΓÇÖve been meaning to try out

We tried multiple times to go to this gun range and they always give us excuses first they said last shooter is at 7 we get there way before and they said they full today we went and she told us they take their last shooter at 6:50 I feel like they only said that because we got there at 6:52 mind you there was only three lanes occupied When we were told multiple times it was 7 that they take their last shooter I really feel they turn me and my husband away because we got alot of tattoos and we look a certain way I told the lady in the front that we have been trying to come multiple times even on my birthday and she just shrugged her shoulders like she did not care will definitely take our money somewhere else after 4 times of being turned away by their staff members

I visited the range at 6:53 PM after a long workday, hoping for a quick 15-minute session before they closed at 8 PM. Upon entering, I was not greeted warmly; instead, I received eye rolls from the staff, who appeared visibly annoyed by my arrival. When I inquired about renting a lane, the response was dismissive, with one staff member commenting that I was ΓÇ£luckyΓÇ¥ they even allowed me in. The young lady at the front desk seemed particularly displeased, likely because she was eager to leave for the day. Shortly after, a couple arrived and requested to rent a lane, only to be rudely turned away. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I felt rushed to leave as soon as I finished shooting. I ended up departing at 7:12 PM, having had an overall unpleasant experience. I hope that in the future, the range reconsiders its business hours to better accommodate customers without creating tension between staff and ΓÇ£lateΓÇ¥ arrivals.

Came it to shoot a couple of rounds but they stop taking customers in for the lane at 6:00pm , they didn’t ask if i would like too try a couple of rounds 👎🏼
