Fair prices but the customer service is lacking. Both guys behind the counter were pretty stuck up, seemed like they had missed their afternoon nap like a baby.

On two different visits the website and the sign on the front said they would be open that day and on both visits they were close with no explanation

This is my favorite indoor gun range I like shooting there itΓÇÖs not busy most the time IΓÇÖm in the range by myself. There is not a lot of lanes on the Gun Range so it can sound a little louder than a larger range. But itΓÇÖs nice and clean.

Place made us feel extremely unsafe. No extra measures are taken to ensure safety of the shooters. When i was checking out, they had two customers take their guns out of their book bag for “inspection”. When the customers took out their guns, one of the guns still had a clip in it… I’m assuming empty, and the other customer pulled his AR pistol out and was pointing the gun directly at me while still holding it with his two hands. The employee’s did not educate the customers on how to NEVER point the gun at someone none the less making sure all guns are empty and no magazine should ever be inside a gun unless you’re inside the actual range. I confronted the employee’s about proper education and they said they were inspecting the gun which i told them was their job. No point in having the inspection of guns if we customers are the ones inspecting it. Business in my opinion, is an accident waiting to happen unfortunately. Stay away. Other ranges may be a little more pricey, but customer safety does not have a price..

This place is run down and falling apart. Only one working firing line in the room we were put in and on top of that the guy behind the counter seems to truly hate his job. Terrible experience, first and last time coming here.

When I walked in we were immediately stereo typed. I think it was a surprise for a black man (my brother) with tatoos to actually have a gun license. One of the guys (white, balding) hardly wanted to speak to us, wasnΓÇÖt helpful in giving out information, it was like a cold, eerie, awkward silence and it was extremely uncomfortable. Being in the city of Davie, with that dude and guns, no thanks! IΓÇÖll never go back.

The guy there last night looked like he was about ready to shoot himself he was so miserable. Thanks for the warm "reception" and exceptional "customer service". We may have gotten there late for the range, but we were certainly on time for a purchase. Never coming here again.

ItΓÇÖs sad how badly this place has went downhill. Five years ago, this was the place to shoot. Now, you walk in and arenΓÇÖt greeted. You have the audacity to ask when a lane will be available, and you arenΓÇÖt even given an answer. Just a mumble that I think said ΓÇ£not sure gonna be awhileΓÇ¥. Granted there was nobody else waiting. Just go to shoot straight down the road instead.

Skip on this place. Congested, terrible circulation, and God forbid you shoot anything other than brass case, you'll be asked to leave. Next.

So if you purchase a firearm from them ONLINE be prepared to WAIT!!! THEY ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON IN CHARGE OF ONLINE SALES AND HE EVIDENTLY GOES ON VACATION EVERY MONDAY AND TUESDAY AND THEY AREN'T OPEN ON WEEKENDS THEY CURRENTLY HAVE 1700 DOLLARS OF MY MONEY AND HAVEN'T EVEN BEGUN THE PAPERWORK YET AND I WIN THE AUCTION LAST THURSDAY

Steven is extremely rude I came in to discuss a transaction that happened a few days prior he began laughing at me with another customer and basically embarrassed me in front of the entire store. When I asked to speak to Alfie he informed me Alfie only comes into the gun range on Fridays when I know for a fact he actually conducts the training classes this is the worst experience I've ever had at any gun shop if I could give it zero Stars I would.

Great place! Jared, and john are awesome and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. Took off a star only because I started going some where els where I can shoot steel case, and shoot rapid fire. Still a great place and usually there is NO WAIT! 4.5 stars

Went to this public range in order to sight in an AR-15 and a pistol. Was assigned two lanes on the ΓÇ£eastΓÇ¥ range and either improper maintenance of the range or the shooter 4 lanes down from me using the incorrect ammunition resulted in several dangerous ricochet events that struck me and my partner several times once causing an bleeding injury to my forehead. The range officer / controller also failed to stop shooters from rapid firing creating another dangerous condition. I would avoid this range unless using a pistol only range and hope the range takes action in the future to prevent these dangerous things from happening.
