I came in looking for a holster and the guy working the counter start to help then just started talking with his buddy that came in so I got tired of waiting and didn't purchase the holster or revolver I was interested . Very poor customer service.

I had never been to a range or handled a firearm, so I didn't know where to start. I called and spoke with Gunner who set up a time for me, my mom, and sister to come and learn. He covered everything from safety to proper form then sent us to the range. We all had a great time and felt so well taken care of. I would recommend this range to everyone, especially beginners!

Was going great until I asked someone to show me which dial to use to adjust my iron sights. The guy says yea letΓÇÖs do it and proceeds to take me through the motions, fires a few shots to get it zeroed. Probably a 15 min endeavor. I said thanks for the help! He then states me ΓÇ£well, my time isnΓÇÖt free. Make sure you pay the $25 before leavingΓÇ¥ never did he mention he was going to charge. It might be something worth charging for, I get it. But, I was not informed, in the slightest, and had been thinking the whole time ΓÇ£man this place is great, they really take care of their customers.ΓÇ¥ Nope, not the case at all. I wonΓÇÖt be back

Joined the training today (12.28.24), and surely, it gave me so much learnings! Since IΓÇÖve never held a handgun before, I know I should join a training. StephanieΓÇÖs the best! I love that the language used during our training were not the ΓÇ£terminologiesΓÇ¥ but itΓÇÖs all on ΓÇ£laymanΓÇÖs termΓÇ¥!!! I highly recommend this place for training, practice, and purchasing your ΓÇ£pewpewΓÇ¥. We will surely go back!

Came out for a team building event with my fellow Marines. Matt and the entire staff were super knowledgeable and the building/facility is beautifully designed and kept. I don't care how long the commute is to this place, I'll be making it many more times in the future. 6 stars.

Stephanie was terrific! She worked with my fiancée whose name is also Stephanie! Stephanie was very informative about gun safety and taught me and my fiance things I didn’t know about before on firearm safety. Stephanie’s knowledge in weaponry and intellect on guns was a terrific addition to our experience here at American Ammos! Lindsay was also helpful at the front desk. Would recommend!!!

Everything is perfect with this range...only thing is it's not alot of room in the range for shooting and no tables or space to place your firearms...we have to put everything on the ground and would be better if there was enough room to place things on table as you play...just my opinion

Took the WomenΓÇÖs Handgun and Self Defense Fundamentals class that was being offered. It was great. Stephanie was a great teacher who made sure everyone felt comfortable. The shop itself felt very welcoming as well.
