I canΓÇÖt speak highly enough about Apocalypse Tactical Range. The owners are a husband and wife couple that are extremely kind and welcoming. As a prerequisite to shooting here, you must be a member to be granted access. This is not a public range in case folks are wondering. Joining is very simple though. Paperwork and member fees. No LEO credentials or special licenses necessary. As long as you follow the rules of the range, youΓÇÖll never be bothered. When you reserve your bay, they are completely private. You can bring your own steel targets with you, your own obstacles/barriers, park right at your bay, set up whatever custom course of fire you want and start your training/shooting. ItΓÇÖs a great place to do everything you want (chrono work, barrier drills, prep for qualifications, etc.). In terms of kit, you can shoot suppressed or unsuppressed. SBRΓÇÖs are allowed as well. You donΓÇÖt need to bring your NFA paperwork. For folks looking to stretch the legs of their rifles at distance, the range is limited to 100yrds. Bays sizes are between 40yrds up to 100yrds. You can move back 15-20yrds beyond that, but thatΓÇÖs it. ATC is a great range overall.

Private range that I absolutely love. There is plenty of room and range for me to enjoy a variety of firearms that I bring each time. I highly recommend this range for those who enjoy shooting on a more private level than the public ranges.

Awesome shooting range and customer service. Safety is 1st with range rules (common sense for all shooters/ranges). Atmospehere is great even on a hot summer day to shoot outside. Little shack to grab some targets, store some drinks in a fridge, and some ranges to shoot with distance. Became a member & thank you!

Best place in San Antonio to shoot, the atmosphere is welcoming, the hospitality is A1, no pressure, clean facilities great for any occasion we decided to sign up for a membership.

Great place to shoot! I have been out here a few times to sight in rifles and just for fun. There is plenty of room! David and Stacey run a top-notch facility, they really make you feel at home.

Visited today, have to say itΓÇÖs great to have a place such as Apocalypse so close to where I live. Also, the owners were awesome and really made my wife and I feel welcomed. The targets they provided were great targets and overall had an awesome experience. Thanks Apocalypse for making a Marine Veteran feel comfortable and welcomed. We will most definitely be going back.
