The range is always good. They have steel targets out to 500 yds. It's really fun to shoot out there.

Found myself in Axtell Tx watching my granddaughter play softball, we went to Axtell BBQ for lunch and met an absolutely great family !! Great hospitality made us feel like weΓÇÖve known them for years , great food and ill definitely be returning to gun range.

Went into Axtel for the first time with my new pistol I haven't got to shoot yet. The guy wouldn't stop telling me all about what everyone does ! No one else there, just me and him. I went there to do my own thing, and I got sick of him ! So I told him I'm done, and won't ever come back !

Great outdoors range in the country good place.

I showed up today during posted business hours and the gate was not open. I called the listed phone number and got no answer until I received a text stating "unable to answer right now. Call back later". I wouldn't have driven all the way here if I had known they weren't going to be open.

If youΓÇÖre trying to go develop your skill this is the place to go! You can shoot paper or steel targets out to 700 yards and a knowledgeable friendly staff

Great range with steel plates out to 650 yards for those who want to stretch out a bit. Good benches and a prone platform. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Great place to go shoot and test you weapons make sure they're spot on. They also have some pretty good BBQ here. The owner and son are cool. Very knowledgeable.

The RSO was friendly . The range needs to be cleaned up . The cardboard back boards were severely worn out making it difficult to Zero a firearm . The place has potential but needs maintenance . .

Found the staff to very professional and very down to earth. Cant beat the price and the fact that it is an outdoor range. Lots of metal targets if thats your thing otherwise plenty of places to put up paper if you want to. I will be back in the future.

Great place to shoot. The owner is very friendly and enjoys interaction. Nice selection of distances up to 600+ yards. Relaxed range with basic rules. I always have a great time. Highly recommend 😁

The owner of this location was so sweet and so generous and very understanding. ItΓÇÖs probably one of the best gun ranges IΓÇÖve ever been to. His hospitality knowledge charisma and customer service overall was wonderful. I canΓÇÖt think of enough for allowing us to have these opportunities to learn and practice!

Axtell Gun Range is a great local business, the property is well maintained, the gun range officer is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is super helpful! I really enjoyed this gun range and would highly recommend it to everyone in the greater Waco area and those visiting as well. They also have a restaurant that is open Friday to Sunday so thatΓÇÖs great to grab a meal after finishing up on the range.

I would give this place negative stars if it was possible. Very unprofessional staff. Kicked me off the property before I was even able to park with no explanation. Do not recommend to anyone. Find somewhere better.

The man who we talked to here was extremely rude and just an a-hole. He came came up and just started yelling at my group when we had questions. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Place looked really janky as it was anyways. Avoid at all cost.
