Staff usually on the phone. Most of the time you can go in and look at all the inventory and leave and never get acknowledged. HavenΓÇÖt used the range here yet.

This place is Awesome! They have an awesome selection of gums and accessories.The staff is friendly and have a lot of experience and are very helpful. Always a good time.

Hello everyone just wanted to give a shout out to Brandon and Nat at Bear Arms Holsters! These guys are THE BEST!!! If you need a holster this COMAPANY is the way to go…after a number of calls to others And owning other holster’s as well Customer SERVICE is above and beyond the rest as well as what they can do with a holster !!! Dustin is slick working on guns..he always treat your gun like his own and if sees anything that needs cleand and oiled he goes ahead and does it and makes sure its in safe working order..hes the only person i trust dropping my guns off to...the other staff is pretty nice but Dustin always makes sure everyones happy...

I just made a comment about selling a specific gun to them and maybe wanting to buy another one and the owner gave me a horrible additude for no reason and was a total a-hole and acted like it was my fault that I did not know that the guns in the counter with PRICE TAGS clearly on them were NOT FOR SALE! I guess from where I came in right after work and looked rough I'll assume he is just a self righteous judgemental pinhead because everyone else there was nice and helpful, but I won't be going back there and I suggest anyone in the Ashland area to just go to the free firing range in Ohio. I don't like being talked to like I'm someone's teenager when I'm a grown man with children.

So I ordered parts from Bare Arms and their "Certified Glock Armorer", or at least that is what I was told. When trying to check on / confirm the order was placed (because it had been 2 weeks after I placed order) the staff was rude and offered no help whatsoever. After a few failed attempts to resolve this through Bare Arms and speaking with multiple staff members, I got in touch with Glock to find out what was going on with my order. Glock let me know that Bare Arms and their "Certified Glock Armorer" had never contacted them or placed the order. This is how Bare Arms treats its customers. Dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I recommend Stevens Firearms or Boarders Sporting Goods for your firearms needs if you are in Ashland Kentucky.

I Was looking to get back into the AR-15 Game again. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well equipped and very comfortable to shop in no pressure to Buy. My only recommendation would be an indoor range longer than 25 yards say maybe 50 or 75 yards. Great place for beginners and seasoned professionals !!!!!!

First time there, they went above and beyond to help my group with pretty much one on one lesson. We were helped with general instructions, our questions and tried various guns. Great staff and organization

Excellent Customer service , yes some guns are overpriced , but that's worth it for there great customer service and friendly atmosphere. They are more than willing to help you solve the problems you have and are never rude to you , I just bought a shotgun from there and it wasn't cycling rounds properly and they had no problem with sending it back getting it fixed right away. Keep in mind most of there guns work with no problem and this was just a fluke , i have already bought a Glock and a revolver from there and they work flawlessly.
