Bath County Shooting Range

Drove almost an hour only to find the forest service road was not passable. The road was steep, deeply rutted, and not plowed. Would have been iffy even with 4wd. Wish the website had mentioned access could be difficult.

My husband, son and brother-in-law took a day trip to this range and loved everything about it. The road was a little bumpy, so having a truck was preferable. Grab your silhouettes, and get your practice in!

Good gravel road to the shooting range. Clean bathroom at the range. Pistol and rifle area.

I Love This Place. It's Out Of the way in the mountains of Bath County. 100 Yard for rifle and a shorter side for everything else. It's FREE and open all year. I enjoy it because it's often empty. Amazing space that is very well kept and contained responsible shooters during our visit. Highly recommended.

Nice little range tucked away in the mountains. Bring some water and something to wash your hands with for the restroom.

Great range deep in the woods. Be careful to watch the sign for their driveway. The sign is on the left and the driveway is on the right as you head north. The sign might be obscured by tree branches.

Good public range, reasonable rules, and it happens to be set in the middle of God's country! A beautiful spot to target shoot. The only thing nearby is a gas station so plan accordingly for bringing provisions. 10/10 would recommend.

It's a nice, hidden range with a rifle area and pistol area.
