This company is like the Dicks Last Resort of firearms stores. Except itΓÇÖs not an act. They really are rude, uninviting and non helpful. I went in there about 2 years ago and it was that way. Thought maybe it was a bad day. Nope! Had a weapon transferred there for pick up and it was terrible. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else!

Not friendly service, they had maybe 8 hand guns and I was told by 2 individuals that they aren't fond of brown skinned patrons. Take your money elsewhere

Very rude and unprofessional! I had called to see if they had an item in stock. The gentleman on the phone was laughing and carrying a conversation with someone in the store while I was talking and hung up the phone.

Great range, loved the owner, everyone was helpful. Owner even dropped in on us in the range to check on us. 3 Texans who have a second home locally will be back for sure. 10 STARS!

The owner and staff have always treated my wife and I in a very pleasant manner. We have purchased several weapons from the shop and ammunition. We will be returning soon for the renewal of our CCPΓÇÖs the training and lessonΓÇÖs are too be remembered! Great shop!

Very nice Staff, very helpful. They knew what they were doing and weren't up me and my families butt trying to micromanage. I was in town visiting and I wish more ranges were like this in North Carolina.

Absolute FAVORITE Firearms Shop and Range EVER! They have always gone above and beyond for me and anyone else I have ever sent to them. Very good people, very knowledgeable, willing to explain/teach if needed/requested and some of the most down to earth people you will ever meet. I had thought I left a review years back when they went above and beyond assisting me when I found myself in quite a pickle transferring a large amount of firearms from my home state to here where the OTHER dealer, actually tried to con me, lie to me and blatantly steal my firearms. Stephen III and Stephen JR... words cannot even begin to describe my gratitude and appreciation for them. They assisted me on all legal levels and made sure I was fully protected. I have continued to business with them ever since and have sent them many clients. Anyone on here that has left any kind of negative review, is probably just upset they actually followed all legal protocols and are not pushovers. They are seriously the best of the best! Amazing prices, very honest and upfront and again, some of the best people you will ever meet in your life.

Most of the bad reviews are likely dumba$$es who come in the store putting people in danger, think live range, or displaying aggression. I know that I am not going to get shot in his shop. This guy has complete control of his business. Some people call that rude. Nobody calls that racist. That is, unless your a dumba$$ that needs an excuse for your aggressive stupidity. Great range, great staff, thank you Bay's!

Highly racist owner. Kind of looks like a racist Santa in Overalls. Dropped the N-word more times than I could count. Stated when he noticed someone was shooting at the metal target holder that it must be a bunch of n-words shooting in here. Will take my business ANYWHERE else.

Travel from Ohio to SC often. Love his store, buy guns and etc. from him every trip. Wouldn't buy anywhere else. Love his "tell it the way it is " attitude. Always feel welcome. Always a great help. 👍

Extremely rude owner. I felt unwelcome. Any questions I asked such as price and brand of ammo was either ignored or answered like it was an annoyance. Also, the owner yelled at me for taking out my phone to an item I was looking for. Yells and points at no phone sign.

If I could leave less than a one star I would. The rudest man alive. I have never In my life encountered an owner so disrespectful and rude in my life. I wish I could add the video of him telling us he doesnΓÇÖt need business. We ALWAYS like to shop local, but this is a local business that I will NEVER step foot in again. Good luck, itΓÇÖs must be terrible that be that miserable in your life!

Walked into the store just to hear the guy behind the counter telling another customer that he doesn't believe guns are a right, that they are a privilege. I will not support a store that won't stand up for our rights.

Simply drove by and stopped in. They were all very nice and helpful. They helped me find a worth wild firearm for my personal protection. My friend and I will attending their CWP class, looking forward the training. Will update post once we have gone through their training. Would also make comment; someone called wanting to use their range but hadn't purchased weapon there, think it's the owners business to allow or deny others to use their range.

Was extremely rude. I couldnΓÇÖt even finish asking about their products before he caught an attitude and hung up. Glad I didnΓÇÖt waste my time going there
