This is a good range. It is well maintained. It has restroom facility which is not available at Indian Creek.

Clean and well maintained. For the most part people are very respectful and Safety conscious. That being said I have been there where "show offs" (mag dumps.and holding two.rifles.while.firing) with questionable weapons management have showed their ignorance to public range protocols. Keep you eyes open always for these people. You will also be exposed to those with.little.or.no experience so be helpful.and mindful.

Great public range besides the few individuals that don't know how to clean up after themselves. The average people at this range and nice and helpful if you forgot something like clothes pins for your targets. Haven't ever felt unsafe either as most people have great gun safety and are watching out for others as well. My only complaint and it's not really one is the rifle side is only 100 yards.

Nice range. Clean and well maintained. No safety officer on site, be very cautious of who is shooting around you. A guy in the parking lot was unloading his gear and had his 9mm go off and blew out his back window. Clearly not proficient in gun safety

Awesome location! We were driving to Abbeville, passed this, and had to stop. Lots of fun and nobody was there, making it much better.

Clean, well maintained outdoor range. Handgun side has three distances to post your targets on. Be sure to bring your own clothes pins to hang your targets. Porter potty on site is clean and roomy. Definitely recommend this range if youΓÇÖre near the area.

So while IΓÇÖm very new to the gun community and going to ranges for target practice, I found out through a search about this free range thatΓÇÖs a short commute from Clinton. Only my 4th time ever using a 22 and 9mm. Range was quiet with only one other person there using the rifle range off to the left. Had 3 different distances that you could use. Clean, had a portable toilet though didnΓÇÖt use it. I enjoyed and will go back, however..as stated on the site, you have to bring your own targets. My recommendation is, if you donΓÇÖt have a stand, bring a couple clothespins so you can hang your target on the fence.
