A: It is $10 per shooter on the weekdays and you can shoot all day on the ticket, for weekends it is $7 for an 1.5 hour reservation.

Q: Is it normal for shooting ranges to require a reservation? It says you can make a reservation on the website, not that it's required. I drove an hour to get here with my friends only to get rudely turned away despite 60% of the booths being open
A: Ben Avery Shooting Facility does have reservations for the convenience of customers. Walk-ins are accepted when there is room, however, due to social distancing recommendations from the CDC we are only seating every other table.

A: We already accept walk-in customers if there are available spaces.

A: Yes absolutely you may even call ahead and see if they have any available pistol ranges that are not in use.

Q: Do you offer classes for never used a gun b4 Newby? And classes in gun laws as well?
A: Hello, BASF does offer introductory shooting classes, such as the Annie Oakley's. This class is specifically taught with those who have little to know firearms experience in mind. We do not offer any classes related to gun laws, however, we do have a list of user groups who rent the facility that may offer more. Q: Can only Japanese tourists shoot guns?
A: Anyone can come out and shoot at our facility as long as you have your own firearms and ammo. We do not rent firearms. Hope to see you out here soon.

We went out today and really unloaded! Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but they made sure to maintain order of the facility at all times. We really had a great time and felt completely safe at Ben AveryΓÇÖs. Took our boys shooting for the first time as well so we really had a memorable time. I suggest you visit if youΓÇÖre looking for a great place to let off some rounds!

Facility upgrades are great but the public range 90 minute table reservations are ridiculous with the turtle pace of the relays. If your firearms are already dialed in or you only have one to zero you'd have plenty of time. But not if you have multiple rifles to get zeroed, troubleshoot and malfunctions or similar hiccups. There is no option to add a 2nd time slot, which is what is needed to be reasonable.

The best range ever. You should go here. Perfect for beginners, out of towners visiting or those who just moved to AZ and would like to learn firearm etiquette and safety. It's very affordable and open to everyone. Have fun.

What a great experience! The ammo truck across the street ha amazing deals and the food truck has amazing brisket subs! Definitely worth spending a few hours outdoor shooting!!!

Eh, this place used to be 6 dollar entry and you could be there on your lane tye whole day, and they used to be open till 10pm. Now itΓÇÖs 15-20 per person and you only get an hour and a half. Of range time. Would rather just go to shooters world at that point since itΓÇÖs closer and get the same range time for the same price. lol I can basically only sight in 1 rifle with that amount of time before the time is up.

One of the best outdoor public shooting facilities in the country. Safety for everyone is the first priority and for some reason there are people who don't like the rules. I am an instructor and use the private ranges for my classes. The staff has always been very supportive of instructors. They maintain all the ranges very well.

This is the very first time I've been to any shooting range. We didn't have any issues at all, and they were very safety minded. Look forward to coming back here when I b return to Arizona again.
