I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From start to finish our experience was nothing short of amazing! I called and booked at party for 12 for my husband birthday. They made our experience so much fun. Our trainers/instructors went above and beyond to make us safe and comfortable. There was a hand full of us that had never touched a gun before and they worked hand and hand with each one making them confident and comfortable but most importantly safe! I canΓÇÖt say how much we truly enjoyed our experience! Thank you guys so much for being so welcoming and helpful!

Went for a good friendΓÇÖs birthday that his wife organized and it was my first time at this range. The experience and facility was top notch and the instructors were very friendly and professional. We are already talking about coming back. Def recommend a visit to this place!!!!!!

The owner Ron and his team are top notch. Incredible customer service and attention to detail. My wife and I purchased a few fire arms and got rid of some older ones and the entire process was effortless. We would highly recommend this business. Great range and pro shop . In a world where customer service has become nonexistent, Best Shot excels in every way possible. Thanks for everything.

Was at the range today and experienced a squib load due to defective ammo. The safety officer (sorry didn't catch your name :-) ) was great!! He not only helped me clear the barrel, but he took the time to explain what happened and checked my ammo and found additional defective rounds. He explained what I could do to possibly get the manufacturer to replace my ammo as it came from a case I had purchased and they are all from the same Lot #. The guys there are always friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!!!

First time at this range, showed up looking to check out some firearms and help decide on a purchase. Was recieved promptly at the front door and the gentleman who greeted me was quick to answer my questions and show me different handguns, highlighting specific features of each. He then proceeded to encourage renting and getting a feel for some of the guns, which I did, and everyone I encountered had an extremely professional and welcoming attitude. Good experience and good information gained, will be returning.

The staff is friendly, and there is a good feeling inside there. Would recommend that be the place to go if either to purchase a firearm, or use a FFL transfer. I have not shot there, so don't know how the range is.

It is a very nice clean facility. We went about two weeks ago to check out the facility and bought some ammunition. We were greeted nicely, but the person that checked us out was very short with us. He never thanked us for coming or invited us back. We assumed he was maybe having a bad day. We went back today to try the indoor range. We were again greeted warmly at the door. However when we got into the range the range safety officer seemed to have an issue with me every time I would touch my gun. My issue was not with being corrected, but in not being instructed on how to fix what was being corrected. When we were done and checking out the same safety officer checked us out. He was not friendly in any way. I did not receive a thank you nor did he ask how our experience was. After our initial post, the owner reached out to us to come back and review the footage. After a good talk and review of the footage, there were issues pointed out on both sides. We left with a better understanding of the range and hopefully they will improve upon their customer service and interpersonal interactions. We are looking forward to our next experience and hopefully being able to upgrade to a 5 star review.

Stopped by to check the place out and found the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. The place was clean and the guns and rifles were set up professionally. I'll definitely be back for my firearms and other support supplies. The sales staff is super.

People are always friendly, insightful and super helpful. Only suggestion they need to put on a neutral News station or even a local news ststion, if they're gonna play news all day. I don't go to the range for that. If a business is accepting $ from all people with all kind of political views then the business needs to be mindful of that.

Best Shot has a great location. Great organization who have the friendliest people who not only work there but the people who come in to use the range. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable in the field of guns and gun safety. Best Shot has instructional classes for both men and women given monthly or as requested by an individual.

First time going to this range, immediately greeted upon entering and all staff members were friendly. Signing up for a membership was easy and got a chance to enjoy the VIP room! While in the range, I had questions about one of my firearms and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and patient! I am very happy with this place and excited to see what my membership perks bring!

Been a member since opening.Never had a problem and the guys that work there always try to help if you have a question. Place is definitely non-Fudd as well . Ron does need to build a rifle range though.
