I had a blast here. As a tourist I wanted to shoot some guns and Big Al's helped me out. I got a lesson from Juanchi who was a fantastic teacher. Taught me safety and the proper way to hold a hand gun and rifle. I shot a hundred rounds of 9mm and loved it. Highly recommend spending some time here.

I went in today and John WITH THE LONG HAIR was awesome, he answered any question I had and made the experience of this kind of purchase so comfortable. Big AlΓÇÖs wasnΓÇÖt my first purchase and thatΓÇÖs the only gun store I got to. EverybodyΓÇÖs nice in there . Thanks guys.

Very rude staff and owner specially sorry for not been born in USA never going back again……. I really apologize because I made the review out of helplessness for not being understood and for you not wanting to understand but It has everything to do with where I was born, because where I come from, my middle name is not used in any official documentation , it is just first and last name, you were born here and that is what you learned, the laws are very varied for different countries I tried to get there to an agreement with you I showed you the proper documentation I offered to fix the documentation you gave me and when I was trying to explain to you how it works and show you that all my documentation is correct you sent me to the DMV you turned your back on me and left me talking alone ,yes that It is not being rude, you have to rethink the concept of friendly costumer service, all my documentation is correct, I have nothing to fix in my papers, what you are asking is that I change all my official documentation because that is what you believe, I have more than enough documentation to show you that everything is correct with my papers and that it was a mistake that could have been corrected at that time ok.I hope we can get to and agree

Gabriel is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me purchase the right gun and gave me a shooting lesson. His lesson helped me shoot more accurately and understand gun safety. Great place for shooting my guns, Gun prices are very reasonable. The people there are super friendly and helpful Cesar is awesome he showed me a few guns and was very knowledgeable and informative with all of my questions that I had for every gun that he showed me.

I went in 8/15/2024 looking for a Glock 43x but they didn't have it in stock. But Juan with the long ponytail said he can order it for me and show me some more Glocks. Man he knows his firearms. he showed me several different ones and I found one I feel is a better fit for me. Juan was very professional and explained everything to me. So once made my decision I purchased it but had to leave and he called me as soon has my background check was done. I got everything I needed in one location. I'll definitely return to purchase my next one. Also the rest of the team was friendly had helpful.

First time here was back in 2015, but I live a little far so havenΓÇÖt been til now. I called multiple shops to see if they have the Glock 29 in stock or for rent to shoot. They took a little bit longer just to confirm so I wouldnΓÇÖt come shooting empty handed (that shows they care!) Upon arriving, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and like 5 cool dogs. The person helping me out was super nice and the holy 10mm pistol was there! All I gotta say is this may be my usual place to shoot and IΓÇÖll be a customer if they ever have a gun IΓÇÖm looking for. Prices are fair but the staff is great. Would not hesitate to come back!

We decided to get my wife a pistol she could easily handle with arthritic hands. Juan (there are two so the Juan with the long hair) took plenty of time to help her find the SW EZ, fill out all the paperwork and completed a positive and painless purchase. We are headed back next week for her to get more familiar with her purchase at their range. JuanΓÇÖs, knowledge and courtesy made for a great experience!
