Big Boy's Guns, Ammo & Range

Q: How can I find what they have in stock before going?
A: Call them.
- Doug Egerer (4 years ago)
A: They have a website you can go to.
- curtis heath (4 years ago)
Q: Will u accept a 22 rifle if I don't have any papers on it? Passed on to me when my dad passed away.
A: Sharon oklahoma isn't a communist state like those up north. If you're selling it as long as it's not reported stolen you can sell it, as for shooting that don't check anything more than to make sure it's unloaded and the breech is open as well as safe handling.
- Jim Bash (a year ago)
A: I don't know why they wouldn't as long as it has never been reported as stolen.
- tubeonline629 (5 years ago)
Q: Do y'all still have concealed carry coarse's?
A: They do for those that want to carry out of state on an oklahoma license.
- Jim Bash (a year ago)
A: I believe so
- Evan McMahan (5 years ago)
Q: Few questions. 1. Do you bring your own guns, or do you supply them, for the shooting range. 2. How much does it cost for the shooting range? 3. How much is it for classes?
A: 1. You can bring your own weapon or you can rent one. They have ammo, ear and eye protection as well. 2. On Tuesdays, if your over 55 it's only 9 bucks. Otherwise it's just shy of 20 I believe. 3. Not sure about this ome but I'm sure if you called them they would be more than helpful.
- Timm Kane (11 months ago)
Q: are there .30 caliber bullets for luger for the range, and if not, can 9mm bullets be used a replacement for .30 caliber bullets, really wanna test out a luger, thanks.
A: .30 super is smaller but a little longer than 9mm. I wouldn't try it
- Dvd King (2 years ago)
Q: Do you have judge pistol? How much?
A: If they don't have it, they can usually order it for you.
- Jim Bash (a year ago)
Q: Does this place have reloading supplies and equipment
A: Yes
- Jim Bash (a year ago)
Q: Do they take guns on consignment?
A: Colt 9mm all ammerican 2000 what is this gun worth --shot lesss tha 30 rounds
- Lily Stuckey (4 years ago)
Q: I have a lot of unused ammo. Will they buy it?
A: They may dispose of it for you. But most of the time no business will buy old ammo. But Id give em a call and see what they say.
- VuduVince (5 years ago)
A: Possibly if the price was right but to be honest you would probably be better off selling it on Armslist especially if it's not still in the factory boxes
- Edward howerton (5 years ago)
Q: Is there a power/size limit for shooting? Also how long Is the range?
A: I believe its 25 yards long. As for restrictions, they have several, which recently they started enforcing. No handgun rounds past 44 Magnum, and no rifle rounds past 30-06. They claimed its for noise concerns... They also restrict your rate of fire to one shot every second and a half, regardless of caliber. No drawing and shooting from a holster either.
- ChemistryStudent (7 years ago)
A: The range is 25 yards. I think they have a limit, because they will not allow slugs.
- Jordan Greenwood (7 years ago)
A: I don't believe so, but I wouldn't shoot something like .50BMG there. It is an indoor range, so no steal core, titanium tip or any other ammunition with armor penetration qualities.

FAST Shipping!!! I recently placed an order for a pistol on Big BoysΓÇÖ website. I placed it later at night, just before 11pm. I was shocked when they called me 2 days later to let me know the gun was already there! I just picked it up & couldnΓÇÖt be more pleased! No FFL transfer fee since I ordered directly from their site!!! 10/10 experience as usual! I love coming here to shoot and I will only be purchasing firearms through Big Boys moving forward!

My name is Calvin Davidson from Mustang. While the range itself is nice, thereΓÇÖs definitely issues. When I arrived the man behind the counter stared at me like I was supposed to check myself in. Then I had to ask for a range card to get on the range. When it came time to pay, even with my law enforcement discount, it was more than double the cost of H&H. When I started shooting, I was doing a 3/2 drill and the ΓÇ£RSOΓÇ¥ came over and said no rapid fire. So if you want lousy overpriced service with a hall monitor for a ΓÇ£RSOΓÇ¥, this is the place for you.

The range is clean, well managed/monitored and a good all around place to work on the fundamentals.

I'm fairly new to hand guns. I've shot a handful of times before, but I've been a bird hunter my entire life so have not dealt with pistols too much. The entire staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and guided me to the right option for my needs. I was able to narrow down what was best for me from a huge selection that the owner guided me through, and then I actually shot in the range and confirmed what was the best fit for my comfort label. Walked out 100% confident in my purchase with everything in hand that I needed at a great price. Big thanks to the entire group.

Great place to purchase all your firearms and accessories. The staff is always helpful in showing me any of the firearms they have for sale and answer any questions that you may have. The gun range is great as well!

Decent store, decent range. Some of the staff were great to talk to, the RSO on the other hand was another story. 6 of us went to shoot, rented 3 lanes, within 10 minutes the RSO kicked one of my buddyΓÇÖs out for rapid fire (he was shooting a ruger 10/22) thatΓÇÖs fine, rules are rules: but he then proceeded to tell me that he had warned all of us 3 times last week (this was ALL OF OUR first ever visit, probably my last) I let him know IΓÇÖd never been there before and he spent the next half hour ΓÇ£remindingΓÇ¥ us that the range was closing soon. IΓÇÖll stick to other ranges, there was no reason to harass me.

IΓÇÖm really disappointed in this place I go up there to get my gun clean for 55 bucks and then I go to get it. They charge me 80 bucks and they wanna charge me an extra fee for them to inspect the gun when they already have to inspect it to clean it. So they will no longer get my business or my parents business and we have been shopping there for the last 18 years. I am really disappointed in you guys for doing that to me.

I only occasionally visit this range to rent pistols that I am thinking of purchasing. The staff behind the counter on the range side of the store are always friendly and easy to deal with; no issues with them ever. The RSOs, on the other hand, need to get a life. I've been warned "one second between each shot" on my last two visits to the range, even though I was not shooting rapid fire and was just working on technique. I have seen this in other lanes as well almost every visit the past few months. My last visit, the RSO came up to my lane and asked me (for no reason) if my Glock had a switch... Needless to say, the range is currently being operated by Fudd's, and it does not look like this is going to change. Quite unfortunate since the facilities are nice and the range staff is friendly (in my experience).

We had a fantastic 1st experience! As a woman who is a new firearm owner, not only was my experience comfortable, but I learned alot in a short time! Shout out to Curtis for his kindness and direction! We will definitely be back for range time and classes! Thank you again!

This by far the best experience IΓÇÖve had in Oklahoma for service. Another popular local retailer refused to honor our disabled veteran exemption, which can make or break a purchase in this economy. IΓÇÖll be back!

Honestly one of my favorite gun stores. Not a huge fan of the indoor gun range but thatΓÇÖs not on them I just prefer shooting outdoors. That being said great prices cool people itΓÇÖs definitely got it going on!

I've bought alot of guns with them over the years and had nothing but good things to say about them. But here lately it's been not so good. This last time I brought my handgun in to get some night sights. Told him I wanted high night sights. He grabbed them checked me out without showing them to me. Partly my fault cause I didn't pay enough attention but I figured you'd have to know what I was talking about if you work there. I went in the car and found out they were the wrong sights. Try to return them and they gave me attitude and basically told me to kick rocks. Also don't sell them anything. If you buy a brand new out of the box glock and never fire it and pay them $700 and then the next day you bring it back in. They offered me $350?????? Scam artists.

This is in regards to the store, not the range. I called Big Boy's to inquire about what their NFA transfer fee's as only their regular transfer fee's are listed online. I explained that I needed to transfer a suppressor from a vendor in Florida. The individual explained that it was $50. Pleasantly surprised at the cost, I asked if I heard correctly that it was $50 and they confirmed it indeed was. I proceeded to make the order and begin the process. Upon getting the call to pickup the suppressor, we were told it was in fact $100 and that we were misinformed. This isn't the first time we have come across mis-information from the store and is draw of the luck as to who you get to help you. Save your money and frustration and just use Sooner State Pawn. $10 normal transfers and $85 for NFA items with super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I purchased from here and got profiled as a female IΓÇÖve never had that happen before in my life. Cause IΓÇÖm a girl IΓÇÖm unable to buy without ΓÇ£purchasing to sellΓÇ¥. A man could just like the way one looks and get it but a woman no. ( females donΓÇÖt come here)!

Went in to look for a gun and check prices and see what used guns were in stock. Was greeted by a young man named Luke. He greeted me and my wife as soon as we walked in the door. He asked what gun I was looking for. I told him I'd like to get the hk p30. Took us right to it price was more then reasonable. Bought it and as a plus if u buy any hk u get free stuff got an extra mag a nice hk cup and a carry case. I was super stoked. Then Luke showed us around got me a holster as well for my gun he helped me pick out. They made a good hire when they hired Luke. I will buy all our guns now from Big Boys. Me and my wife left very impressed.

Angie is the hidden gem of Big Boys!! SheΓÇÖs a fantastic instructor, you will feel very comfortable and actually remember and be able to apply what you learn with her. DonΓÇÖt know how she does it but she calms everyoneΓÇÖs nerves too! I canΓÇÖt wait to take more of her classes and lessons.

I called this store for the first time, and spoke to Ryan, he has fantastic customer service. He is very down to earth, and will make you feel like you have been a life long customer. Very knowledgeable, and what he doesn't know he will find out instead of giving you the wrong information. This store has by a landslide earned my business moving forward.
