A: Big Timber is a members only range and members bring their own firearms. Members may bring and shoot their legal, full auto firearms. Membership is $105 per year.

A: No, it is private only. $105 per year to have a key issued to you for the gate.

Q: i'm looking for a long distance range. what is your longest allowed firing distance?
A: The longest distance is ~600yards if I recall correctly. It is at least that on the rifle range.

Q: If I join now, will I still have one full year's membership?
A: No, the Big Timber membership year and dues run from July to June. In the year you join, you pay for the full year if you join July-December, or you pay for half a year if you join January-June. Subsequent, full year dues are always due July 1st.

Q: Is the club recognized by the CMP for the purchase of weapons?
A: Edited 9/28/2018: Big Timber Rifle and Pistol Club is once again a C.M.P. affiliated club. Your membership card should be recognized for their firearms purchasing programs.

Beautiful secluded range with covers over all stations (except archery), safe, well equipped and easily accessed. Options out to 500 yds.

Ive been going to this range scence i was a child, you have to sign up and buy a key at Wesley's in Newport each year but with a rifle range that you can shoot to 550 yards out is a major bonus
