$35 for range time on Saturday for one person with glasses and earbuds and 2 $1 targets. Girl at desk hates her job and the customers. No hello, no thank you and she never even checked my gun or ammo! They talk about safety and yet she clearly ignored safety protocols. This is the last time im coming here. Not once has anyone here been friendly. Even the cop walking in smiled as I was finishing up. I can spend my money elsewhere like Stock and Barrel in Eagan. At least they're friendly and have a much nicer store.

I was part of group of 4 middle aged adult first time shooters - true noobs. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped us get set up bc he was excellent (tall skinny guy in his 20s). Never talked down to us, was very patient, explained everything (even came into range while we were shooting to get us to reposition thumbs to make things safer). We all left having enjoyed ourselves, learned some good things and excited to do it again. DonΓÇÖt know what these things cost but we felt it was reasonable price to rent 2 guns, buy ear protection, buy 100 rounds ammo, buy 4 targets and use the range. CouldnΓÇÖt do much else for what we paid (not going to put it here bc I donΓÇÖt know enough about what we paid for etc I just know we all thought it would be significantly more than we paid)

NO LARGE CHAIN STORE CAN COMPARE TO THIS LEVEL OF QUALITY SERVICE-Great range and rental program. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and fit the product to you. Randy walked me through the pros and cons of several options and suggested that I try to get a feel for what was comfortable in my hand & grip. As a woman, I never felt like I was treated any different except for suggesting I should come on Wednesday for Ladies Night! I appreciated the time & care ALL the employees @ Bill's took with me and my son to educate us. I found their prices to be competitive as well (especially with lower WI tax than other locations) We definitely will be bringing friends to see this gem.

I left my water bottle here and the gentleman behind the counter remembered it was mine, got my info from my paperwork, and called me to let me know. Above and beyond for a gun shop. Nice people here every time I go.

I had gone to both Walmart and Fleet Farm in Hudson, looking for a specific type of ammunition. Neither of these places had it in stock. Then I went to Bill's gun shop in Hudson, and they had plenty in stock of multiple brands for me to choose from. The prices were reasonable. They have a nice looking firing range inside that I will have to check out.

lost 700 in 3 weeks here. I bought a Canik TTI combat for $1100 had nothing but issues with it not going back into battery. Got a new stronger recoil spring from canik witch did not fix the issue. after 300 more rounds bill's wanted there gunsmith to look at it first so they took it from me right there while it was still hot. the gunsmith took 1 look at said it was dirty "cleaned it" and said there was no issue. i went out to my car to remove my recoil spring and reddot and saw how dirty the gun was. some how there was bright green speak all over. i brought it right back in and sold it back to them... they charged me 60 for the "cleaning" btw. 3 weeks and 1100 goes to 450. the guns sold here don't hold any kinda value. if you have to come here come cause its the only shooting lanes around. don't buy your guns here. don't get gunsmithing here. don't buy your ammo here. if anyone has read this far and has a recommendation for a range that's not bills near here.

Had a little problem with my rifle clip. Brought it in gun smith took in back 5 minutes later it was repaired no charge. Great place.... Well funny how 3 years go by and I had to edit my review. Last time I went there to have my gun repaired it was done quickly and efficiently. And very inexpensive. Fast forward 3 years I had foolishly forgot to wipe my gun down after it got wet and of course it got pitted and rusty. I tried clearing most of it myself but it still was bad. So I brought it to.Bills so gunsmith could get the rust off. Thinking he would either re-blue it or clean it off. It is not much better now then when I dropped it off. 150$ charge is outrageous. Plus he test fired it with 1 shell ...that he charged me 5 effing dollars for 1 round. I was told to leave the magazine off the gun and take it home. Which had ammo in it. What a complete scam.and rip-off. I will never bring my gun there again i also won't buy a gun from them either ..you can get them 50-60$ cheaper at other places.

My FN Reflex jammed in a way I have never seen before, but Randy was able to clear it in no time. I also learned that steel case ammo, if it works, is hard on semi-auto pistols. So, no more steel case ammo for me. Thanks Randy.
