IΓÇÖm new to the gun-buying process, so I called ahead to clarify some details about transfer forms. Unfortunately, the response I got was dismissive and didnΓÇÖt answer my question. I filled out a form online anyway, but when I checked the shipping status, I saw the store had received my item and hadnΓÇÖt contacted me. I decided to visit the store in person. When I arrived, the store seemed disorganized, and staff struggled to locate my item even though the email clearly stated it had arrived. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication and preparedness was frustrating. When I returned to pick up my item after the weekend, the service was curt and unwelcoming. The staff member wasnΓÇÖt helpful when I asked a simple question about signing the form and acted annoyed. I left feeling disappointed by the entire experience. I usually donΓÇÖt write negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps the store improve its customer service and organization. First impressions matter, and a more patient and professional approach would make a big difference.

I was first introduced to BluCore in 2019, and have been a part of it to this day. The people who operate this facility are first class. I've taken several classes here as well as their concealed carry course. Everyone is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not as large as some of the other ranges around town but that doesn't matter because I can only shoot in one shooting bay at a time anyway. Highly recommend.

Great indoor shooting range. 100 yard indoor rifle range. You can make reservations with a membership. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I went into BlueCore to purchase a service weapon. I needed it on a very tight time frame. It had to be milled, with optic and composite work. Mark went out of his way, and used his personal time, to make sure I had my service weapon in time for my upcoming range training. Thank you Mark for all your help, and patience. Robert was also very kind and understanding when I came in. Thank you, Robert.

I have been a member of many ranges, in my almost 70 years, nationwide and this is an outstanding range. I always experience absolute exceptional customer service from all of the staff, especially Aunnaliesa, Mason and Robert, whom are the team members that I encounter the most. They are consistently professional, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, competent, efficient and friendly. Blucore doesnΓÇÖt only have a great team, they also have an excellent selection of quality firearms and merchandise, to include ammo, that is reasonably priced and the facility is always neat, clean, well organized and functional. I am very thankful to be a member of this Outstanding Range and that the owners have such a Phenomenal Team. Highly Recommend for all of your shooting needs.

Changed it to a 1 star as I was denied entry despite being a member for 6 years. Had my digital MY COLORADO ID since CO law states they are acceptable if you don't have the physical form. ( can buy alcohol tobacco and firearms with the digital copy) So good enough for all that but can't shoot at my own lane reservation. The gentlemen downstairs says is triggers law enforcement to come without a physical ID but yet he also said another manager let's people through sometimes so obviously it doesn't trigger law enforcement. The other gentleman said it's required for their insurance policy incase someone gets shot, they need an ID to give to the ambulance. Yet, all my information is on their portal. It really depends on who the manager is if you don't have a physical copy. 5 stars to 1 until something changes my mind.

Very Dangerous Range. Rude staff, do not go here. 4/12/24. Onsite at 17:00, I checked in as a first-time entrant, and everything started fine. Hearing Pro was janky, which I expect from any range; itΓÇÖs the standard included bundle gear. This is where our experience went downhill. Employees from the rifle section kept interrupting our shooting session by opening and closing the storage closet right behind us half a dozen times or soΓÇöno joke. They asked us to move by saying, "Move!" Or get out of the way! Guy did not say, Please move or excuse me. Any person would take offense to that as a paying customer. ThereΓÇÖs no other option to move left or right, so we were entering our shooter's line and had to stop him mid-mag multiple times. This is why the range is unsafe; the private training going on had a sign posted blocking us from entering, which is why we could not move when told to move. The sign was posted backwards, so it was not readable to any entrant. The pistol side is set back 4 feet behind the first booth on the rifle side, so if a misfire happens, itΓÇÖs sketchy. Midway through our session, they relocated us to the other side by saying, "We are taking this side for training. Move to the other side." When I asked what lane, they said, uhhh? and walked away, then we waited....Wasting even more of our time, then finally answered by saying 6. I looked to find the lane, but it was not clearly marked (photos attached of all this). The shooter next to us pointed a loaded gun our way twice; there was no lane marshal during the hole time we were there, which was over an hour; nothing was said by staff to the individual. Finally set up and just finished to be done. Our group was not charged out correctly, and no care was taken to do what was asked to split our payment. Overall, just a bad experience from other ranges IΓÇÖve been to. I would not recommend it for safety or the overall quality of practice. Did not manage to get a photo of the warning sign but the idea of putting up a sign just because they have too and putting it up with out care or attention leaves me dumbfounded!

Friendly helpful staff. Membership is great you can go as many times a month as you want and free rentals. Ammo isn't too expensive and there are percs with the membership.

Great place to come for shooting practice. It's indoors and you can rent their guns and equipment if you don't own any!

I just want to say how professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable the team here is. I made a critical mistake and Jose helped me through it. Can't say enough good things about this place. I heard about this company a few years back and I've been wanting to get in to see it ever since and they didn't disappoint. I can't wait to get back! If you're serious about shooting, check these guys out!

The staff have always been professional and helpful. The range is nice, it can be difficult getting a time on the 100yd range, but thatΓÇÖs a city range for ya. I wouldnΓÇÖt hesitate to recommend them.

Upon entering, I informed Robert of my purpose, and he promptly assisted, showcasing various gun options he deemed fitting. Robert's exceptional friendliness and expertise went beyond my expectations! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Do not recommend for women and beginners. Went there to try beginner handgun class. My first time at the shooting range. The instructions were rushed , if you are a beginner , that makes you nervous and prone to mistakes . I did make a mistake and while mistake was valid, and I acknowledged it . The instructor start screaming at me and went off the rails for good few minutes , after I acknowledged my mistake. Seriously, he should not be teaching beginners as his people skills need work. The other instructor in-the class was helpful and patient . The screaming and flying off the rails was not a way to teach a beginner, it was unprofessional. So if you a woman and beginner , I would recommend finding a range where you are treated with respect . BluCore Pistol 1 class. 8/3/2023 6-9 pm

Absolutely love this place. There was a very nice young woman at the range counter who was very helpful and professional. Also, the shop dog Toby is super cute. Great gun and ammo selection at both the renal and retail side and some of the best ranges available in the area

Called to inquire about making a reservation. Unprofessional staff. Maybe don't work in customer service if you have such disdain for answering basic questions from customers.

My wife and I came down in late February to try out our new Christmas presents and became members rather than look for another range when told they are members only now. I'm so glad we did. Since then we have taken 4 training courses and became members of the training membership with another 3 courses scheduled for the coming weeks. The entire staff has been nothing but kind, professional, and welcoming to both of us. Definitely not your typical old "boys club" style range. The benefits of the membership are fantastic, free gun rentals, discounted training, discounted firearms, FFL transfers, online range lane reservations, etc. Regarding the training side of things, Mark and Jose have been so good for us. We came in after decades of shooting experience on and off and learned our grip was totally off for handguns, started learning holster draws, and are preparing for competition, and our growth has been marked and drastic even in the short amount of time we've been attending. If you own a gun and use it for anything from CCW to plinking to even experienced competition shooting you WILL benefit from the training so don't hesitate based on your skill level to take advantage. The facilities are well lit, clean, and safe as well. All around these guys run a tight ship. We will be patrons for many years to come.
