Does not have adequate stock of uniforms or pouches. "We can order it for you and it will be here in a week". I can order it my self on Amazon and it will be here in 2 days. Hard to support small business with this kind of service.

Personally I think Arturo is not saying truth. He gets away with what he says. This girl employee , I even aaaask if I can take my own shirt to get embroidered she asks Arturo and they both say yes. I go in and take my own shirt and Arturo asks why I didn't buy the shirt at his store. I felt dumb and gave Arturo explanations about my economy. By the way I was an IVC student. He's weird and not saying the truth. And next he says the shirt will be ready in a week because of default of his machine would take up to a week. Next day morning they text your shirt is ready.. bad customer service when arrived. Never want to ho back. Blessings

I have bought hand guns and long rifles from BT,and never had a problem with the process,they are very professional,and customer satisfaction is there priority,Not gonna talk bad about any other gun store in El Centro but I wouldn't go anywhere else but BT.New owner and its getting better.

Place has potential. They got all the right gear, the pretty cashier seemed informed and knew what she was talking about but Jesus Christ that placed smells bad. First time I was in there I disregarded it, because we all have our bad days. ThereΓÇÖs no legitimate excuse now, IΓÇÖve visited 5 times since then and I canΓÇÖt even handle being in the store for more than 5 minutes because of the stench. - 3 stars for cleanliness and hygiene

Super nice and kind workers with great service. It has good shooting range, various kinds of arms and reasonable price!! The tactical gear shop next to the range is even bigger and better full of high quality 5.11 stuffs and arms.

The service is always outstanding. They treat people right. No range snobs. I'd give them 5 stars if they'd put better lighting over shooter's box. Hard for me to see the sights indoors without bright overhead light.

They're expensive! Service sucks! They have an indoor range... That's it! Guns and Ammo are outrageous. So much for buying local. There's one guy who thinks he knows everything about guns... I stumped the guy just to do it.

Went in to buy an firearm a couple weeks ago and the gentleman I spoke to would give me different prices for each rifle from what another gentleman(Don) previously told me. Not sure what he was trying to pull but once I spoke to Don in person everything was straightened out. Professional guys but they all need to get on the same page.

theres one specific old white male that works there that was a real cynical ass to me. not a friendly or funny man to talk to. the range was decent. it got the job done.
