The worst neighbor ever. 7am and rapid fire shots heard literally a mile away. Can't even enjoy the morning air without feeling like I'm living in a war zone. *Response* it was your range. You had a shoot scheduled for that morning, starting at that time. You're the only range, and source of that type of noise. Do better

A good outdoor range. It's best quality is the easy access from Boulder and Longmont.

A great place to shoot.

Excellent Facility. Private Club but they are generous in making range available to public primarily during hunting season.

The other ΓÇ£BRCΓÇ¥: Good place to zero your sights on public range days. Not a lot of accessible ranges in Boulder county to zero a rifle at 100 yards. During the first weekend of most months, Boulder Rifle Club is open to the public and has several spots in their 100 yard range to accommodate target practice. They have range safety officers present at all times, and a reasonably good shorter range for handgun practice. I have always been able to find a spot during public range days. It would be better if they had more times available to nonmembers for the purpose of marksmanship training.

A complete joke as its rarely busy and impossible to get a membership. Everyone waited so long they are to old to go and just sit on their membership. If a member doesn't show up cancel their membership!!!!

Just glad to have a place to shoot in Boulder. Public range days are the days I go. All of the range volunteers are super cool. Not the newest facilities, but adequate for living in an anti-gun town.

I was excited after years to see that I made it to the top of the waitlist, until I saw that prices went up from $100 to $1,000 to join and that I have to join the NRA. The cost is one thing, but the NRA requirement is the most disappointing. The NRA has strayed way too far from firearm safety into advocating for more gun sales and preventing any progress in reducing school and other mass shootings. If NRA can't work to help reduce school shootings like Newtown, where 20 six and seven year olds were murdered, and if the BRC supports their toleration of that gun violence, then I refuse to join. Come on BRC, it's absurd to force people to join something that they may not agree with. I just want to practice shooting, but you're forcing me to join a highly political organization first? I urge BRC owners and members to examine why the club exists and to see if forcing people to join a controversial outside group is consistent with that, especially when it may alienate prospective members.

Not a member, shot a reduced course NRA HP match today. 10 firing points at 200yds. The match was fun, well run and I'd be happy to do it again. Connectivity is not great, out there. If coming to shoot a match, check the website, first and the match director to be sure time and weather has not changed.

Visiting Boulder from out of town. Saw there was a 22 match so I thought I would stop by to check it out. The gate was locked. A sign said, "For information: ..." and had a mailing address. What, should I write a letter? If the gate was open during matches, more people could come watch - which might grow the sport.

Excellent Facility. Private Club but they are generous in making range available to public primarily during hunting season. They also have excellent classes open to all and and a stellar youth marksmanship program. This is a small club with a cap on the number of members so unfortunately new membership waiting list is very long.

Great place for teens to learn gun safety and the classes are once a week for 6 months, fairly inexpensive.

A 30 day wait to make sure you're one the waiting list? Self imposed limit? Page one already sounds pretentious.

Too exclusive, membership numbers kept too low, >10 year waiting list, etc. I lost count how many times I drove by to see an empty range, yet they are not open to more public days.
