Q: Do you need an appointment to go to the range?
A: No you do not. It is currently open seasonally from the end of September until the Thursday before gun deer season in November. Go to browncountyparks.org for more info

A: It will open on September 24th 2022. Afterwards it is open each weekend in October 8am-3:45pm, and then open daily November 1st-17th 2022, 8am-3:45pm.

A: This range is staffed when open and focuses on helping people sight in their hunting firearms in prep for the deer hunt season.

A: Yes. There are targets at 25 yards, 50 yards, and 100 yards.

Super relax place for shooting, the staff is amazing, they really know about guns and they are willing to help you. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Just got done sighting in my rifle. I come here every year. The workers here are always nice and very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. Only wish the range was a bit longer.

I went to the range today with my son and 2 grandsons and met two of the most amazing attendants working the range. I have come here for 25 years and today's experience was so awesome. The lady that was working congratulated my grandson for his shooting, gave him a high five and was just so professional. The man offered them the use of binoculars to help locate shots. Great team of people - thanks much.

Great setup.Fantastic staff. Brand new rifle was bore sighted and sighted in at 100 yards with only 7 shells used. I had a great experience there today! I will be back!

Targets and ear protection provided. Good space between stations. Guys very helpful and not judgey. Also help adjust scope if needed. As a female going by myself, rather than having my husband with as I usually would, I didnΓÇÖt feel like I was treated any different or like I didnΓÇÖt know what I was doing. Helpful but not patronizing. Great experience!
