If you are colored, make sure you are recording your sessions. This place does not have cameras - and is racist enough to make up lies and kick you out. It's 2025.... SMH

Going through the reviews going back many months - it seems like people often feel unwelcomed here and some even feel they had to deal with racism. I personally experienced the racism - the staff is so rude. And were on my behind the entire time looking for a reason to kick me out. When he couldn't find a reason he made up lies - managers believed the lies and asked me to leave. It's crazy - the managers wouldn't even consider the scout was lying and was racially motivated. This leads me to believe the management itself might be racist. If you had a strange experience here - go report it to the county. I believe this place is owned by the county. This management needs a strong reminder that it's NOT OKAY to be racist.... And if you are not racist - doesn't mean people working for you aren't either. They wouldn't even consider their scout lying - and when asked how they can test it in future - pretty much answered that they won't as they trust their staff.

Install cameras to see how racist are your scouts, they make up reasons to trouble colored people!

We were warned about the following before allowed in: Everyone must be wearing glasses - for our group it was only shooter who used em. Understood and went back to get more safety glasses so everyone had a pair. Fired 2 bullets at once - still don't know how it happened. Completely reasonable complaint. We were firing in the air - not true at all he totally made that up and manager believed it unfortunately. We went back- the same scout watching us - comes over and says "u did not have mouth on the gun - not aiming just shooting, now I am telling u to leave" - again not true at all. How are we shooting the discs down if we r not aiming? Manager comes over doesn't wanna hear anything says "too many strikes u r leaving". Another manager came and said I have to take my employees words because I trust him the most. It's fair but what r they gonna do if it turns out their scout is racist and tries to get the non whites off the range? Manager laughs and says that can't be. I mean we experienced the racism so I know for sure that scout had some problem with us. He was lying about us firing in air and loading behind rail. All lies. When asked to look at cameras - they don't even have any. How do u not have cameras at a gun range? Don't waste ur time if u r not white....

We told the staff member that helped us get checked in that we were not new to shooting clays, just this range, and asked what the setup was and where to go and he was very rude and off-putting. He didnΓÇÖt give any instruction whatsoever he just kind of grumbled, swatted his hand to the right, and told us to go find a spot. We had to ask some people we passed along the way or figure it out for ourselves. In general the vibe of the place was like ΓÇ£pretentious country club/members onlyΓÇ¥ among both staff and patrons and we did not feel comfortable while there. All in all, we enjoyed the facility itself and would go back because of that, but the environment was not welcoming at all and needs some major improvement as far as customer service goes.

Today was the first time shooting here and was a great experience! I would advise paying for the 1st shooter class because it teaches you on their range rules and also safety. The class pays for itself they give you coupons that equal the value of the class. They perfer you to buy the range ammo which is a very good price but you can bring your own but must check it with the range officers. You can also rent 12 and 20 Guage shotguns on site. Great time thank you Jeff z

A pistol and rifle shooter, I had never been taught on a shotgun, and Bill was a fantastic teacher for the beginner class I was in. Great facility, and can shoot trap, skeet, and sporting clays. A fantastic location for Northern Virginia shotgunners.

RUINED MY DAY AND ALL THE EXCITEMENT I had a very disappointing experience at this shooting center. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. As an Asian woman, I couldn't help but feel that his behavior was racially motivated. I would not recommend this place to others based on my experience. ---
