Nice spot to shoot if Scottsdale Gun Club is a little crowded. Comparing the two they are very close. If you want a more modern feel and less items for sale then go to C2, if you want a wider selection and maybe some unique full autos travel to SGC, but both ranges are clean, nice, and with double protection for a indoor range a blast to shoot, pun intended lol!

I had an absolutely traumatic and horrible experience at C2 Tactical in Scottsdale. I went there to learn and get comfortable with shooting, but instead, I felt more scared and uncomfortable than ever. The employee supervising the range was extremely reactive and overbearing, making me feel like I could do nothing right. He had previously screamed at another shooter for making a mistake and even kicked her out, so I was already on edge when it was my turn. Despite being very careful with my formΓÇökeeping my finger off the trigger, pointing the barrel correctly, etc.ΓÇöhe kept stopping me, micro-managing every move. When I tried to explain my thought process about aiming lower to counteract the gun's recoil, he treated me like I was being dangerous and told me I wasnΓÇÖt allowed to practice that way. It felt like he didnΓÇÖt trust me at all, even though I was trying to learn. The whole situation left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. After he stopped me from shooting that gun. I was up to shoot the next gun and I was extra cautious and nervous and he demanded I had to leave after just two shots. That was incredibly shocking and just reinforced my fear of guns. IΓÇÖm grateful that another shooter witnessed the whole thing and validated my feelings, but I will NEVER go back to this location. Horrible experience, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a calm learning environment.

Love visiting C2 tactical. Friendly staff and range officers. I like that they have many options for gun rental. Check in and check out processes are always quick.

Outright ignored when I walked in. Associates looked at me and said nothing. I stood next to the gun case and the associate asked a male customer if he needed help but didnt acknowledge me. The shooting instructor asked for the rest of my box of ammo after my lesson. Just ridiculous every time.

It's very expensive but what you would expect in Scottsdale. Some days you go there and everyone is super helpful other days you go there and your invisible. Roll the dice 🎲.

I have never had a bad experience at C2. Nice clean facility. Wait times for a lane is pretty good during the week (weekends are NUTS). Prices are a little high, but not ridiculously so. The sales staff are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend getting at least an individual membership. It pays off if you shoot a couple of times a month or more.

I took my wife and son to C2 the other day. Both Nathan and Gavin (range masters) were great. We had a new scope and were challenged getting it set. Once again we were helped. We were all really impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. We highly recommend C2!

John was very helpful at check in . Brody was kind and professional when taking payment and assigning our lane. And after our session he was super friendly and made sure we enjoyed our session. Mike was so friendly and helpful during our session. He was right there if we had any questions or needed help while shooting. Overall those three staff members made our visit and experience at C2 Tactical a great one! We will definitely be back!! Thanks guys!!

I went today with one of the packs and it was really fun the instructions for for at time shooters are amazing and the service is also amazing. The instructors are really nice and friendly and are very patient I greatly appreciate the service that I have received here

Took my son in law to the indoor range to give my Thompson M1 a workout, the range was perfect. Well lit, and well managed, no problems at all. Five stars, I will definitely be back!

This is intended more for out of towners that are looking to visit for a shooting experience. I was in town for a work conference and had already visited another range. However I wanted to check out another and have fun. When I arrived I was advised that as a non-US citizen the insurance would not allow me to rent a firearm. I was told that the other place had different insurance which allowed me to shoot there. We were also advised packages required 24 hour notice because it required a range officer. The simulation lab (which seems super cool) also requires 24 hour notice and a range officer. We did a machine gun experience with a range officer at a different range the previous day without a reservation. It seems like a great place for US citizens to shoot. Hopefully this will help any non-US visitors avoid showing up and also being disappointed.

Noah is a fantastic instructor. My session with him was highly productive, and i left feeling like i learned a lot. He asked lots of questions to really get an idea of how to pace the session and gear it towards what i needed to learn

ItΓÇÖs a toss up between 2-4 stars, 1/3 of the time I would have given 5 stars, the 2nd time I would have given 3.5-4 stars but the last time, 2-3 stars. Jen was very difficult & rude the 2nd time we went but she was not there the 1st time. Today we went in with my father, we usually go on Mondays because my Father is a vet & shoots for free. He usually fills me in on what to do but this is the only range IΓÇÖve ever been too, 1st experiences, everyone except for Jen has always been nice. She treats us like we are stupid, should know the rules & is very rude both times IΓÇÖve interacted with her. She handed us a case to bring a BB gun in for my kid, we just thought it could be fun. We had a 9mm, 22 handgun & a couple others in cases. Then we stood there without help because even though we stood in front of her after 1 of us got the gun case, she ignored us & helped someone else. I asked the guys standing there talking to one another if we could get help, they apologized & walked over to help us. All the other lanes were full by then, so we left. I donΓÇÖt know why she is so rude or if itΓÇÖs just to women. I had to give her a compliment just to ease the tension & attitude the 1st time I was helped by her but today was ridiculous. She simply walked away from us & did not offer any help. If thereΓÇÖs something new clientele is unaware of, inform them. DonΓÇÖt be rude & ignore them or be rude in dealing with customers. Or simply hire ppl willing to inform, educate & make these experiences worth while. It is a shooting range, why not be professional & educate customers instead of ignore them or be rude.

I booked a bachelor party package for a total of 4 guys with the automatic firearms. Our instructor, I believe his name is William but i could be wrong, was incredibly professional and also very easygoing. He made us feel welcome during the entire experience. We also had some time left in the hour that we had booked, so we purchased a little bit of extra ammo to use. That process was easy. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly as well. We had a great experience here!

I've been going to C2 Tactical every weekend (between the Tempe and Scottsdale stores) for about two months now. The staff are very knowledgeable with practically anything having to do with firearms. Both stores have gunsmiths, however they aren't there every day so make sure to call ahead if you need assistance from the gunsmith. The range officers are very nice, and professional. C2 Tactical also offers many different classes which can be seen on their website. They also offer women's self defense classes for those who are interested. See you there!

Safe, well run, and reasonably priced shooting range. Everything on site needed to arrange a group or individual range day. Monday, seniors shoot free, yeah, baby.

This was such a great experience!! I was in a class of 10 people. I'm so happy my husband signed us up for the Pistol 101 safety class. I really appreciated the instructor, Mark. He was so patient and kind! He made me feel confident at the end of the class by giving great feedback while on the range. He made the class engaging & a good time. This range was so nice inside and so many gun options. I can't wait to come back to do another class. Also, the entire staff was so knowledgeable & genuinely friendly.

Trash. They closed early for some reason even though we called ahead. 9mm ammo is like triple the price for some reason. Over 90 dollars for 3 boxes of their ΓÇ£cheapestΓÇ¥ 9mm is wild.
