Questions & Answers

Q: What days are free for ladies

A: Chris Marks, your information is incorrect, misleading, and sounds like you are marginalizing female shooters. I'm hoping that I read that wrong. Ladies, you are strong, and you are empowering yourself to feel safe in an increasingly unsafe world. Please come dressed however you want, and Mondays from 2pm to close, you may shoot for free. I am heading there now, wearing jeans, a full coverage shirt, and hiking boots. Hope to see you there!

- Karyn Colella (5 years ago)

A: Ladies get a free lane for shooting on Wednesday's. I heard they sometimes recommend the ladies to wear high heels also.

- Chris Marks (7 years ago)

A: Regardless of whatever any other poster may have said about ladies days. You can not show up dressed however you want. You must be wear a top that comes to your neck to avoid hot brass getting caught in a lower fitting top.

- Kevin Green (2 years ago)

A: Monday's 2pm to close i think are the hour's. Monday for sure though.

- Joshua Taylor (7 years ago)

A: Every Monday 2-closing

- Nicky ΓÇ£NicΓÇ¥ Dumas (7 years ago)

Q: Does anyone know if they sell blue lable Glocks? The ones that are discounted for law enforcement.

A: They are only set up at the Tempe location for the blue label program

- Instructor Yazo (6 years ago)

A: Yes they do.I believe they have blue label barettas too. Fn stopped their blue labels or theyd have those too

- Ryan Webber (6 years ago)

A: Chambers in Goodyear has blue label discounts for Glock only

- mike johnson (5 years ago)

Q: What age do you have to be to attend the shooting range

A: I've taken my 13 year old nephews a few times. The range officers are great with the kids. Use your judgement with kids. If they respect firearms and the safety measures, they are good to go.

- Lindsey Murk (7 years ago)

A: Its best to call C2 and ask ahead of your visit, things change there. I have on multiple occasions seen young children, accompanied by an adult, using the range.

- Nicky ΓÇ£NicΓÇ¥ Dumas (7 years ago)

A: The youth intro to firearms course require that the kid be at least 6yrs old. I have seen kids about 12 and older at the range with a adult

- Ed S (7 years ago)

A: Yes

- Daniel kim (7 years ago)

A: What about 13 and up

- BobSkieBee Jordan (7 years ago)

Q: Price for range

A: Pistol Lane Fee $25.00 per person, per hour. Pistol Lane Guest(s) $15.00 (maximum of 2 Guests per lane). •  Rifle Lane Fee $30.00 (may be used for Rifle, Pistol & Shotgun) per person, per hour. Rifle Lane Guest(s) $20.00 (maximum of 2 Guests per lane). •  Eye & Ear Protection Kit $3.50

- Alex Fiechter (7 years ago)

A: You also need to purchase their targets; can't use your own.

- Juan (7 years ago)

A: WhatΓÇÖs the age requirement to rent a firearm? Also are there people to assist you and inform you on proper marksmanship?

- Kevin Vasquez (3 years ago)

A: The regular walk-in price for the rifle lanes is $20 per person, per hour. The $30 in a previous answer is for an Advanced Lane Reservation made online. Likewise, the pistol lanes are $15 per person, per hour and the $25 answered previously is for an online reservation.

- Ashley Brannock (6 years ago)

A: Can you bring your own ammo

- Joseph Ramirez (6 years ago)

Q: Are pregnant women allowed in shooting range?

A: Of course, I would recommend wearing an N-90 particulate mask, as you don't want to inhale even a bit of lead dust. Wash your hands immediately after shooting.

- Peter Hubbard (5 months ago)

Q: Is it cold inside the range?

A: Not uncomfortable most days, but still cool. Bring a long sleeve layer if you get cold easily.

- Alex Fiechter (6 years ago)

A: Don't think it's cold, but it is very comfortable.

- Yuan L (6 years ago)

A: I'm a pretty athletic guy and I am always pretty comfortable in C2. The temp is well regulated in my opinion. If you are the type to always need a jacket, then simply bring one or a light sweater. Chances are you won't need it inside but it's better to be prepared than to have a bad experience due to your lack of planning. You can always leave it in your car in case you need it.

- Joe Lee (6 years ago)

A: Not really. The cordite plus air filter keep the temp pretty stable. It might actually be a little on the warmer side. Then again I'm a big guy so I have extra insulation.

- Juan (6 years ago)

Q: Are weapons sold at thos location or is it a range only?

A: It's a gun store and range they sell accessories firearms and Lane time as well as ammo

- Joe Lee (6 years ago)

A: Thanks everyone! I was very happy with the service and entire experience. I highly recommend C2 Tacticle. The staff is extremely helpful and it is a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Products included weapons, holsters, cleaning equipment, safety equipment, and lots more.

- Phillip (Phil) (6 years ago)

A: They have firearms for sale on site, and an online store as well (probably better selection online)

- Jay Yoder (6 years ago)

A: There are a lot of guns here to buy. Good selection, and the staff is really helpful.

- Lindsey Murk (6 years ago)

Q: Do you require reservations?

A: No, they don't. They are pretty laid back and accommodating. Unless you are planning a large group, you don't even need to worry about availability. You can always call ahead to see how busy they are which I would highly recommend.

- Joe Lee (6 years ago)

A: Never been there during weekends. You usually don't need to wait during weekdays, and it's cheaper too.

- Yuan L (6 years ago)

A: No option to reserve but if you have a membership with them you have the option to reserve ahead of time.

- Kevin Fung (6 years ago)

Q: i'm from England coming over in the summer what id do i need to bring to shoot ? and do i need a shooting buddy with me like other clubs or can i shoot on my own ?

A: You can shoot by yourself. Bring eye and ear protection, or you can buy it there pretty cheap. You have to buy targets at C2, and you can rent just about any firearm there as well.

- Lindsey Murk (7 years ago)

A: You need a legal form of ID. I would probably bring your drivers license and maybe your passport just in case. Not sure if you can shoot alone if your renting as it can be a safety issue but you can probably sign up for a class solo. Best thing to do is call or email them.

- Andrew Larson (6 years ago)

A: Try calling the gun store, ask, and then find out. I don't work there mate.😒

- David Carranza (7 years ago)

Q: Hello everyone I'm looking to get especially private training to perform my gun not necessarily like a professional lawn enforcement but definitely something closer than that is this is the place I supposed to go

A: Yes, they offer beginners classes. The staff is super friendly and in my experience always glad to help.

A Businees should always focus on basics and instill in its employees a constant reminder to show appreciation and professionalism when dealing with customers on a regular basis. That said, My exprience started with purchasing firearm online on C2 website with ammo, wait of 7 to 10 days was shared and $10 charge for all online orders was also on the total cost, which was odd and not understandable to me. Then came the phone call when order arrived at C2 with no voicemail or 2nd call to speak in person since i missed first call. I presumed it has to do with the order and decided to walk in next day at Opening of the store. Once i got past the employee stare downs and No acknowledgement or greeting of walking in as a customer. Asked who can i speak to in regards to online order and went from there. Waited and listened to all the macho, unnecessary shooting range, I am the shit stories while being stared at and asked again and again You waiting on Something and employees yawning and struggling to stay awake early hours of opening. Long Story short, C2 needs a basic customer service class and training on how to greet customers and how to act professionally so a customer comes back and their business is earned. Time to wake up and take the ID when customer is showing it to show their name so you don't have to ask some one 3 times what their name is and have a look of forgetfulness. Time to have common sense and a basic understanding of greeting a customer and act professional in a business environment because you represent the business and its name not yourself and your range stories and opinions. Defintely will not make the same mistake again and shop at C2 Tempe and deal with unprofessionalism and lack of common sense. Shame on decision makers at C2 for promoting and neglecting the basics and not giving customers a expreince so they can come back again and again. Earn it people and show some respect or go back to what you did before C2. ****** DO NOT RECOMMEND C2 TEMPE ********* ****** GRADE F for FAILURE BY PROVIDING HORRIBLE ENVIRONMENT ******

This was such an EXPERIENCE!!! It was my birthday on 2/3 my nephew and I decided to do the gun range experience. Upon arrival we didnΓÇÖt really know what to do Josh one of the workers informed us of a package for a personal gun lesson with one of the instructors. Our instructor Doug was PHENOMENAL!! The way he explained the gun logistics, proper hand positioning and stance for shooting I went into this exercise with knowledge and confidence. Thank you Josh and Doug for the most incredible experience ever. My nephew and I will most definitely be back to take more lessons with Doug, he definitely helped me be more Relaxed and confident.

We have been members for many years and have always appreciated the entire staff. We recently changed our weekly range time to weekdays. Mike is a veteran with limited mobility due to bad and leg issues. Weekdays are less crowded and Scott at the front desk has been wonderful giving us balance away from others, so Mike doesnΓÇÖt have to try to maneuver around other shooters. Scott also will save our preferred lane for the days we are in. The ROΓÇÖs also know us and will often grab a chair for Mike before we put our things down on the bench. We have also made many purchases at C2 and the team is very helpful with any questions we may have. Thank you to the entire team at C2 Tempe !!!!

Scott and Wolfgang went above and beyond to help us as always. Changed my review back to 4 stars because it is obvious that RO had been talked to about his attitude. Hopefully this keeps up as this is an upstanding facility with good hygene and safe practice. I am still not happy with how the one RO conducts himself but hearing his back story I UNDERSTAND now. I will never disrespect a service man for his service and I Thank him for the sacrifices he made. However, this is civee world now man. Your rank means NOTHING to ANYBODY and shooting is a hobby for fun and games beyond training and seriousness. Also we are not your privates, just because we allegedly do something (that no one else including the 2 ROs shooting a few lanes down heard or saw) or you THINK we do something doesn't give you a free ticket to come over and smoke us and MAKE UP rules that i have documented that you MADE UP in your head. Thats not cool behavior.

A good instructor really does make all the difference. Nathan helped me with a firearms consultation and also gave me some tips on technique since IΓÇÖm new to this. He made the whole process easy and approachable. Not only did I find the perfect handgun for me, but I also feel way more confident and excited about future training. Highly recommend!

IΓÇÖve been coming here for over 2 years now and have enjoyed it for the most part. All of the range officers as well as Scott are helpful and friendly except for the bigger black RO with a beard who has a condescending attitude. Despite that, this place gets a 5 stars.

My friends and I have been going to this range weekly for the last 4 to 6 months and we had an issue with one of the range officers being respectful however Scott up front made it right with us along with our favorite RO being Gavin they give great advice that can help you shoot better or understand something you might not know.

The guys here are super helpful. Scott helped us get setup right away on a walk in. It's the new year so it was super busy, but we wanted to rent 2 lanes for an hour. He was able to fit us all in with some clever lane rearranging. The next weekend after we became members, our reservation didn't submit online. Our fault, Scott's coworker was able to fit us into a 2hr lane amazingly and saved our weekly range visit. These guys have been on it, helping us figure it out. Their membership program is a great deal too, the rentals are really cool and nice to try out.

As of as checking out from shooting I want to applaud Scott, I clearly smell Marijuana and Scott looking out for the safety of the range was refusing service due to you cannot smoke week or be safely under the influence of anything. Thank you Scott for doing an amazing job and protecting all of us.

C2 Tactical Gun Range in Tempe is fantastic! I went shooting there with my family, and we all had an amazing time. Our instructors, Doug and Scott, were absolutely top-notchΓÇöprofessional, friendly, and patient. They made the experience both fun and safe, ensuring we felt confident and comfortable the entire time. My family loved it, and weΓÇÖre already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend C2 Tactical for anyone looking for a great shooting range with outstanding staff!

Took the beginner class instructor Chris had good instruction, but 1st time on range a gal corrected my on his 'gun holding' instruction, she obvisiously doesnt know anything/gives wrong info, and I wasted ammo & had a bad service visit to the range. Asked for 27.00 refund or revisit class instruction to see why 2 instructors here give different information to customers & told no refunds or free re-up class. My last visit to C2 tactical...
