Upon having an issue with my Mossberg 88. I went in to see if they could resolve the problem. First off they couldn't. As I was leaving one of their employees was quite rude to me directly. Why should I return my business to a company who don't care about their customers. This has been the worst experience i have had purchasing firearms in New Mexico.

The CCW Course at Calibers is high-quality, focused on the right topics, and worth every penny. The course focuses on the topics most people go to get a CCW permit to begin with - protecting oneself and their loved ones. However, the course doesn't only focus on protecting yourself physically, but also legally and financially. They cover, in great depth, the laws, the exemptions, where you're allowed to carry, where you aren't, and the details of the extremely limited cases when one should ever resort to using a firearm. Gary Antal is a fantastic, engaging, and informative instructor. I would highly recommend their course.

Been a member for several years, but just took their CCW permit class with Gary Antal. It was a great and highly informative class that instilled a sense of confidence in my knowledge of the laws and different circumstances I may encounter while carrying a concealed handgun.

Took an AR-15 familiarization class with Gary. HeΓÇÖs a great instructor and the class was just what I needed. Learned a ton about my new AR-15 - how to take it apart, cleaning, and how to customize it in a lot of new ways. Gary was patient and very well informed. Then he worked with us to zero the optics so any misses are on me! He even helped in shooting technique. I highly recommend the course and especially Gary.

I took a great AR15 Rifle Introduction course on December 21, 2024 from Mr. Gary Antal and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gary's knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for ARs came through to us in the course. We learned how to break down the gun, maintain it, site our optics and safely shoot our rifles on the range. I have taken other courses from Gary because he is such an excellent instructor and makes learning fun. I hope that he will be able to teach an AR15 Rifle Advanced course soon and heartily recommend that anyone take this class and any others that Gary teaches. Elizabeth Cassel

We dropped in today to view the new SOCOM Kris helped us was very knowledgeable was able to give us more information that you canΓÇÖt find online. It was very attentive and helped us through all of our questions and insisted that we do a little bit more research on a specific brand That I was interested in as well gave us great reviews of different items and directed us as according I definitely recommend caliber ask for Kris

Just moved to NM and neeed to get my NM CCW as my out-of-state license became invalid when I established NM residency. Took the CCW with Garry and was impressed with the instructor and the presentation of the material. I have taken several CCW classes over the years and Calibers class is one of the best I have done. Informative, up-to-date, safety-minded and even entertaining. More expensive than other options for a reason. Spend the extra few dollars and get pro-level training. Highly recommend!

I took the concealed carry course at this location and was very satisfied with the course. The instructor was informative and engaging. The only negative was that at certain points the class felt like a sales pitch for the USCCA, but aside from those instances I would definitely recommend the course.

Just finished the initial 15 hour ccw class with Gary. Excellent class and instruction. Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

This place is one of the biggest scams I've ever experienced. They charge you at random intervals for random amounts. Nothing is consistent and then if you decide you don't want to go anymore they charge you almost $600 to get out big waste of money

I went in to take the concealed carry class with NO IDEA what it was going to entail…BOY DID I GET AN EARFUL of the responsibility of gun ownership. So thankful the instructor Gary Antal was so great explaining everything to begin being a gun owner in a clear and precise way, as well as the legal ramifications…I am 69 yrs old and this is my first experience with a gun, which shows that learning is key…I highly recommend this course and this shop because the staff helped me tremendously…THANKS GUYS!

It's a great place to shoot, with an excellent selection of firearms, ammo, and targets. Gary Antal, one of the instructors, made the concealed carry course both informative and enjoyable. After his instruction, I feel more knowledgeable and better prepared for various situations. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to begin their firearms training.

Calibers is a great place to shoot. There are often good times to practice even on weekends. I took my CCW class there from Gary Antal and it was a very good way to learn about the laws and regulations surrounding responsible gun ownership as well as many New Mexico specifics. The course made reference to real-world examples and was very engaging. It gave me enough facts and practical information to give me a sense that I could safely carry but also that having to use a gun in self defense was frequently avoidable. I highly appreciated the discussions around avoiding the use of force.

The older hispanic gentlemen that works there at the Coors location has terrible customer service. He's probably around 6 feet tall black hair with grey highlights and he's probably around the age of early to late 50's, he's the oldest out of the crew of workers. He does not say your welcome whatsoever, I told him thank you about 3 to 4 times and not one response and then he seems pissed at the world like everyone is bothering him. I've spent so much money at this place, I bought handguns there, ammo, range passes and accessories and I beleive the customers deserve a little respect. The other issue is the same guy forgot to give me my shooters card back so now I don't have my free range pass shooters card anymore. But I will say the managers here at this location are very awesome, Robert said he would get me another shooters card and that right there is AMAZING customer service and that keeps customers coming back!

The conceal carry course with Gary was very informative, and I feel better prepared. IΓÇÖve done CC training in another state, and even though this is a 2 day training Gary made the time fly. You wonΓÇÖt leave wishing you knew more. Ask questions and youΓÇÖll get the most from it; take some answers with a grain of salt and do your research afterwards.

Would get a 5 star if the staff wasnΓÇÖt rude and dismissive. The range is alright, pretty standard. The shop is overpriced. The ammo selection is pretty expensive for quality of ammo. Go to the Cutler location, the staff is far more friendly, and welcoming. The ammo and guns at all of them are overpriced, have literally seen the same brand new gun at an actual gun store for 100$ less. But I can overlook that since I would never buy a gun from them. Cutler location gets a 5 star in my book, whereas this location gets 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: new staff, all very friendly at this location. Still buy my firearms elsewhere due to pricing, along with ammo.
