Yeah, don't bother. The hundreds a month and thousands a year I spend on firearms and ammunition aren't important to these... unresponsive sellers. I'll do my best to make sure nobody I know goes there. Maybe if they didn't look down their noses at people...

Extremely rude- tried to talk to staff about planning events to bring groups for reoccurring training sessions- was told i would have a call back from the manager who handled that in 30 minutes- never got a call back- called again later that night many hours later for staff to rudely tell me he was teaching a class all day- so again I ask why was I told I would get a call within 30 minutes if you know that was never possible staff couldnΓÇÖt explain- received a call this am from the manager And when I said addressing staff setting false expectations- lies about when they will get calls back would be important at that point the manager hung up. With the amount of people that I teach how to shoot and help them pick out guns and the amount of people that I have personally brought to CSA to pick out guns and spend their money at this range believe me it will not be happening again.

Took a class instructed by Joey Attanasio. Lot of enthusiasm and passion made the class enjoyable and extremely educational. Highly recommend for anyone new to owning a personal firearm. This place is awesome! I live within walking distance of The Range at Ballantyne but I will always always ALWAYS drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go to CSA. For a time I thought maybe one of the requirements to work at gun store/shooting range was to be a condescending jerk but this place has proven that wrong! Everyone at CSA is so friendly and welcoming and it makes a difference. Specifically, shout out to James ΓÇ£JayΓÇ¥ Cartwright and I believe the other manΓÇÖs name was Frank (the Walther guy) - great people great experience I will absolutely be back!

Ladies! Go to Matt! He not only treated me like a person, but made sure that I knew about my guns before purchasing. Helped me find the correct ammo! He was very knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to work with. I will be back !

I began my pistol training here and completed all of the Ladies Marksmanship classes. I love this place and the staff so much that I became a member early on. Let me just say that Marshall and Jackie knock it out of the park with insightful and patient training. They genuinely believe in you and cheer you on through development. I've learned so much, and am confident in my skills, and feel safer than I ever have. I cannot recommend these classes enough. And the range is wonderful!

Wonderful, indoor pistol range with great employees, Tyler did a great job of helping my wife and I get a monthly membership to the range and I always have a good experience sending some copper down range.

Had the worst experience here trying to register to use the range for the first time! The entire crew was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful; they were quick to not offer insight and advice on using the range. I've never seen an entire staff work in cahoots to make sure that no one has a good time. They talked down to everyone in the group and was incredibly rude.

Jay's Carbine 101 class is top notch. Excellent, patient instructions - and a very well put together time at the range. I've been regularly coming here for 6 months now, and have also taken private instruction here. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Always looking forward to more classes and range time here!

I had an outstanding experience at this gun range! The communication and service were absolutely top-notch from start to finish. A special shoutout to Lee Miller, who is hands down the best sales rep I've ever encountered. Lee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned shooter, this is the place to go. IΓÇÖve been a member for the past 3-4 months and shoot there weekly. IΓÇÖve never waited for a lane for longer than 5 minutes. They have a great gun rental selection and donΓÇÖt have an annoying range officer all up in everyoneΓÇÖs business while shooting. That said, they are quick and stern in correcting any unsafe shooting practices. Their ammo prices are about average for a brick and mortar gun shop and they have a decent selection of used guns. Overall they have the best prices in town range wise and have a very knowledgeable staff. My only complaint about CSA is that they donΓÇÖt allow open carry of any pistols or rifles into the shop and will be very stern in vocalizing that while almost all the staff is open carrying, other than that I have no complaints.

My partner and I have been on the hunt for personal and home protection - After visiting a couple other shops around town we ended up in CSA. As we were peeking in the handgun displays we were greeted by Jay. Jay was friendly and knowledgeable, and patiently spent a good bit of time with us explaining a number of the guns on display. We came across a deal too good to pass up, and Jay guided us through the rest of the process, ensuring we had cleaning supplies, ammo, and a basic safe to secure the new gun. We'll be visiting with Jay again, and checking out the range. Highly suggest giving CSA a visit if you're looking for a weapon.

We went here to browse guns and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! We then went shooting and the staff was so helpful and nice. The range manager calibrated our optic. He also told us about the types of classes and events that they hold.

Update to my review: This is the best gun shop you can ever visit. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, and they really look after you. It's not about selling you something to sell you something, it's about giving you the information and expertise to make the best choice for you. They know their stuff backwards and forwards.

Highly recommend CSA! I came in from out of town to attend the NC CCH class. I spent some time on the range on Friday and tried out some Glocks that I had been interested in purchasing. First class service from Marshall and the guys working the range. The range is awesome! I ended up purchasing a Glock 43x and was treated with respect and had all of my questions answered. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. In Saturday I attended to he CCH class taught by Marshall Hampton. Marshall is an awesome teacher and really knows his stuff! I feel like he went above and beyond to teach us everything we needed to know to succeed in earning our CC Certification. I also feel like he did everything he could to make it fun and make everyone feel comfortable and at home. I will definitely be taking more of his classes and look forward to seeing him on the range! If you want to improve your skills, CSA is the place to do it! I come to Charlotte often to visit family so IΓÇÖll definitely be stopping in when IΓÇÖm in town to shoot on the range and keep in practice. Thank you guys for the great class and awesome service! I hesitated going for a long time because I had so many questions and wasn't even sure what type of pistol I was looking for. I finally walked in today and immediately felt completely overwhelmed by their huge selection. Thankfully I met Sales Associate Jay (Cartwright) who was extremely knowledgeable and patiently worked with me. He asked lots of questions as we narrowed down my search before eventually finding the perfect pistol for me. Jay then ensured I was completely comfortable with everything about the pistol before I left. Heath Hannon and Jay Cartwright went above and beyond to rectify an issue with a manufacturer. Although the issue had nothing to do with CSA guns, both Heath and Jay went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Excellent customer service.
