I have not been there for a while. The place had been reorganized. And the staff was all new to me. The enter area and the lanes for shooting had a lot of cartridges cluttering the floor, so the staff nor the customers swept the floors. I go there because it is convenient and they offer two ladies' day free shooting. And that allows me to practice shooting and safe money. Which I'm grateful for.

One of the staff members was very aggressive and accused me of something that IΓÇÖm almost positive I didnΓÇÖt do. Came up to me with a terrible and non-constructive attitude. I think he was mistaken, but he was sure of himself so we were compliant. The aggressive energy was over the top.

The markup on ammo is high. It seems like an old range, sometimes the machines glitch. Still, they're nice people, helpful, and it's a safe environment.

AVOID THIS RANGE, tried it out for the first time yesterday it was dirty, the staff is rude, ammo is over priced, range is poorly ventilated and lighted. This place stays in business by ripping off new shooters on ammo. Do yourself a favor and drive to another range. Honestly this shooting range should be shut down. **Zero stars** shut this range down.

I can confidently say this is the worst gun range iΓÇÖve ever been too. The range is grimy and the owner is a bozo. We left early due to improper safety procedures on the range and poor ventilation. They also charged $30 for a box of 9mm. If you want a terrible range experience this is your spot.

New handgun owner. Staff was nice, explained range etiquette well, and even popped in to let me know I needed to adjust my grip on the gun in a way where I won't get hit by the slide (which was dumb on my end) in a way that didn't mess up my confidence for the session or make me feel stupid/unwelcome. First responder discount was much appreciated as well. The biggest problem I have as someone new to firearms is often feeling unwelcome by certain establishments, this certainly was not the case.

Had a great private lesson with Milton. I hadnΓÇÖt held a firearm for years, and needed a total refresh to gain confidence. Milton listened to my concerns and what I hoped to get from the class, and tailored the lesson perfectly. He was fantastic! The other guys at the range were really friendly and helpful as well. I plan to make this my range for practicing. Highly recommend!!!

Usually have a good experience here and have been coming here for years. Last visit they seemed eager to get us out of there. Weather is cooling down maybe time to return to the outdoors

Been going here for over 20 years now. ItΓÇÖs an all around great place. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My wife isnΓÇÖt super comfortable at the range but the staff got her what she needed and she enjoyed it.

I contacted Caswells to enquire about a private lesson, having never fired a gun before. The team were great in explaining everything to me. I had a fantastic instructor named Milton who provided a thorough safety briefing and precise tuition on the basics of handling a hand gun. So much fun! I'll be back! Thank you guys.

Honestly, I'm blown away by the service of Caswells. One year ago I had an odd request to do a dB measure of a 50cal airgun baffle and they didn't mind. They gave me a devoted lane free of background noise. Now today (a year later), I took my son who is incredibly young, but equally mature, for his first indoor shooting experience. Other ranges set a hard age limit which is irrational... My son has been able to recite the gun safety rules since he was three, so it was very refreshing to be trusted to deliver a safe experience. It was a great father/son experience, and one of the employees by my request even helped me tape a target so the shot angle wouldn't risk hitting the rafters from the little guy. The fun didn't end there... I brought my own freshly purchased pistol that continuously shot low left no matter what I did. (I know what you're thinking, but look up FN reflex and you'll know). Mike at the range took my pistol and his own ammo to a lane and came back with five shots on a bullseye... proving it was unfortunately/hilariously the shooter and not the gun. So all in all, they gave my son a lifetime first memory that no one else would give at this time, and confidence in a newly purchased self defence weapon. It was worth every dollar I spent this day. I have made the decision now that I will not go to any other range other than Caswells given this experience. I have been to them all, and Caswells willingness to work with you supercedes any fancy lanes or painted wall colors that other ranges offer. Anyways, rant over, I've apparently got a lot of trigger learning to do.

Was a good little Range ..was visiting Family decided to take my 2 grandchildren to shoot for the first time and we had a blast ...friendly staff and not crowded at all..overall great experience.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came in on 07/26 and was abruptly told that I needed a MAN to come with me if I wanted to rent a gun. IΓÇÖm a smaller gal but I know my firearms and how to use them. The two men at the desk seemed to be extremely sexist and as you could presume, behind them were only men shooting. I couldnΓÇÖt believe I was denied due to my gender as thatΓÇÖs considered discrimination. This ΓÇ£policyΓÇ¥ was not mentioned anywhere on the website and quite frankly it states ΓÇ£women of all ages shoot for free Tuesdays and FridaysΓÇ¥ and claims that as a male dominated sport they encourage women to join. Will not be returning.

We called ahead to ask if they had space available and if the .44 magnum was available to rent. They said yes. We showed up and they said they didnΓÇÖt have any .44 magnum ammo and had to use their ammo. Waste of time
