No question about it, Catawba Valley Rifle and Pistol Club is the best private shooting club in the area.

Great facility. Attended a 3 gun/2gun/PCC match and had a blast. Interesting stages (rifle out to ~230) and well run. The competition was very safely run without being 'fuddsy'.

Took my hunter's saftey course here. Staff that I met were friendly and helpful, and it was very informative regarding laws and such.

Of the 2 private shooting ranges in Catawba County this one is the best.

Although I'm not yet a member, hands down this is the best shooting range in Catawba County. As stated by Aaron McCall the focus here is on the sport of shooting. Like others have stated I was received with a warm welcome. Not a cold shoulder like the range off of Hwy 10. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would.

Not yet a member, but have been shooting as a guest on several occasions. Very nice range, very friendly members that are eager to assist. IΓÇÖd rate Catawba Valley Rifle and Pistol Club a 100!

Great range with a 300 yard rifle range with a sheltered firing line for NRA High Power and F class matches!
