I visited the store based on the website indicating they had a gun I wished to purchase in stock. I couldn't find it and then asked the gentlemen at the counter about it. He rather rudely stated that it is in stock online for order, not in the store. I said OK, I would like to order it. Rather than help he just again rather rudely stated go to the website and order it. I tried to do so while in the store and could never login and couldn't reset my password to do so. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in the store. I left there and went to another dealer in town and ordered the gun I wanted for the same price and they did it with a smile. I will think again before returning to Center Target. Update: Changed from 3 to 4 stars. After I posted this review, I was very pleased to receive a reply directly from the owner apologizing and stating what happened was not their store policy. He also asked me ask for him personally the next time I am in the store. I am hopeful my next experience will be more like I have come to expect; welcoming, friendly and helpful.

On 9/18/24 I ordered a suppressor advertised on their website. Five days later I received an email informing me that it was, "no longer available at this price" because it's an earlier model that is out of stock and credited the advertised price back to my credit card. But I paid $25 MORE than the advertised price due to shipping and taxes. I emailed asking why I lost $25 because THEY FASLEY advertised an item that was no longer available. I received no answer. As of now 10/1/24, 13 days later, the ad for the same model (no longer available) is still up. Expecting a customer to pay $25 for THEIR ERROR is no way to run a business.

Don't know how this place is only 4.3 but this place is great. Fair prices, knowledgeable staff and, nobody tries to push anything on you, all guns are up "to play with" and actually get a feel for before you buy anything, range subscription prices seem very fair and even got 2 passes for purchasing a firearm with them. Highly recommend. Ammo is super cheap as well.

Great place to do business. Indoor range is exceptional quality. I'd love to see local competitions here. I was told there weren't any going on from employee.

Very nice upscale firearm store. Great staff, they'll offer help but not pushy. All the firearms are out so you can actually handle them also without having to ask every time. They're a lot of guns I would've probably bought down through the years, but didn't because I hated to keep asking "hand me that one". Plus these people have an indoor range and full auto Friday. On Friday shooting a full auto is free just gotta pay for ammo. It's worth the drive. Go check em out.

Range is great, staff is great. Had a horrible experience buying a silencer from them, really felt as though they hung me out to dry. This shop shipped the item to a dealer out of silencer shops network after confirming with me that they would complete my form four for me no problem. The staff who processed my request was suprised the shop they sent it to didnt have a kiosk or process to even work with silencershop. The shop they sent it to was even confused why they would do what they did. Would recommend the range, would not recommend buying NFA items from them. I was basically told to take care of it through the dealer it was shipped to im on the hook for the shipping fee and the processing fee of the new FFL it has to be shipped to, I called and explained this today, was told "sounds good". I understand the owners reponse, but all I can do is share my own experience not speak to the experience of others.

Bought a tisas 1911 online and it was not functioning correctly brand new. I returned it for warranty work shortly after. Tisas sent it back saying it was fixed although it still was not working properly. I tried getting tisas to get me a shipping label to return again after having a professional look at it to determine that it was defective. Two months I've not received a working shipping label that UPS will accept. I contacted center target to try to return this defective tisas pistol and was told they'll have me ship it back to tisas again. $600 malfunctioning pistol that needs warranty work twice and fighting for a shipping label?! Unfortunately I'll not be buying anything from either company again. Yes the response is correct I'd like not to have to ship it back because it's a brand new pistol unfortunately it's that or throw it in the trash. Yesterday I was told they'd send a shipping label. Nothing showed up. Hence the review reflects my unfortunate experience. Any customer buying a brand new defective pistol isn't going to be happy with calling it warranty work. I've learned my lesson no more tisas.

My son took me here for target practice. I recently bought a North America Arms .22 magnum. My first handgun in over 11 years. Got to admit I'm rusty and learning to use a small handgun. This range is top notch!!! The store is stocked with a variety of everything and the guys were nice and professional.

Drove from Somerset with my son whom was home on Military Leave to Shoot at the Indoor Range on My Monday day off work, Just to find out that the Range is only open on Friday and Saturday! Drove to Lexington and Shot at Bud's instead! No sense in having that expensive indoor range if its never open!

Clean and fancy store with decent amount of merchandise. The range is quite fancy as well. According to my inquiries you can use steel case ammo as well. I have been going there to get back into guns and because not having family farms to use anymore I figured it was best to acclimate to a controlled range before I fool with the public ranges.

On2-18-23 I took a CCDW class and the instructor was Joe Arnold he was great made this other wise boring class fun it was very knowledgeable learned so much from him andwill say if you need help with your gun after class he will show you how to clean it like I said he is gret....iJust love this place People are nice and Liz is very knowledgeable out on the range I go every Friday ladies night when Liz is working half price on the shooting range

Just went on the third of fed wasn't busy had some new staff they were nice have ak for 599 with scope good price went to the range had fun love this place....Very nice place people are very nice they have a nice selection of used guns as well as new ones the staff are very helpful I did use the indoor range their is a nice lady who helped me when i needed help in the range will be going back every week

IΓÇÖm a long term customer, have bought multiple guns, I went in the other day to look around and one of the employees chased this guy out of the door as he was leaving. the conflict was ending and he decided too keep pursuing him kinda rude and unneeded for a situation of that sort. Definitely never gonna shop here again if thatΓÇÖs the way people are treated we were on our way out when your employee chased us out good job covering your back your reviews are super censored

Great prices, knowledgeable staff, owned by good people. Recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a firearm or just want to shoot your firearm in there indoor range. Great place!!
