IΓÇÖve visited about five different ranges in Western Michigan, and IΓÇÖm here to tell you why Centershot is hands down the best. From the moment I arrived, you all stood out with a great attitude, unlike any of the other ranges IΓÇÖve experienced in the past. Let me just say, those other places could learn a lot from Centershot. Your team is professional, welcoming, and makes the experience completely stress-free. I was met with the utmost respect and felt totally comfortableΓÇö100% at ease, with no sense of intimidation or pretense. What really sets Centershot apart is how much you genuinely care about your customers. You listen, engage with a sense of humor, and are quick to help whenever needed. That level of attention blew me away because, at other ranges, it often feels like itΓÇÖs all about showing authority. Not at Centershot. Here, itΓÇÖs about enjoying the hobby responsibly while prioritizing safety. Speaking of safety, your approach is top-notch. It has that ΓÇ£old schoolΓÇ¥ feelΓÇöserious and effective, but not overbearing or intimidating. I just bought a rifle and needed to sight in mid deer season. This range is great for sighting and the people were absolutely fantastic in helping me out. IΓÇÖm new to peep sights and one of their employees who knew how to do it literally drove in to the range, even though he had left for the day, and helped me for over an hour(zero charge). We couldnΓÇÖt figure it out so I came back the next day with different ammo with the intention of buying a scope. The gentleman behind the counter realized my rifle needed a special scope, that wasnΓÇÖt in stock. He offered to help sight it and sure enough, we were in the bullseye after 5 rounds. All that said, these are professionals, service extraordinaries and just plain great people. CouldnΓÇÖt be happier, off to hunt I go tomorrow!!!

Took my CPL in August, tried out guns for about a month, and purchased recently. Every experience was very seamless and quick, with kind and efficient customer service. Would highly recommend shopping here versus a chain like Cabelas.

First time shooters from the UK. From the first email contact with Marcia to the welcome from Todd and the pinnacle of range tuition by the manager Amada, we were treated with care and attention throughout. My wife was feeling nervous around guns and safety was always at the forefront which built confidence. A really excellent experience and a wonderful team at Centreshot. Can we move to MI and come here more often??!?

Fantastic facilities. The range is outstanding with multiple options to improve your skill set. I've also purchased weapons from Center Shot and had them shipped there for final paperwork. The staff is skilled and creates a welcoming environment for both experienced shooters and beginners. They gave outstanding assistance while acquiring a silencer and filling out the ATF paperwork.
