Q: Hi Everyone, Been a few months since I have been to the range and plan on attending tomorrow very early in the am. Any changes in entry? Last time I typed my 5 digit code and the # button.Still the same? Coming from Prineville.
A: Yes, the keypad still works

Q: We are moving to Bend in the next few months and will be renting till we find a home to purchase. Are there any facilities locally to store rifles and shotguns till we move into the new house which will have gun safes. RM
A: Pretty sure federal law says you have to transfer to custodian, then run background to get them back... Might be wrong. I suggest you put a lock on a closet door or something similar until you get a safe.

Q: What the your longest shooting range ?
A: Mile

Truly a shooting option for many disciplines. A bit of a haul since it's out in Millican Valley, but worth the drive. The annual membership fees are reasonable as well. With pistol, rimfire, long range, trap, archery....and more, you can make a day of it. And members can bring guests for $10 so visiting friends from out of town have a place to shoot as well. And occassionally there are even great sunrises there.

What an awesome place that is provided for a safe firearms practice area, free of charge. Unfortunately some users have not taken responsibility for clean up of their own garbage and used targets. ItΓÇÖs very nice but please, remove your debris. ItΓÇÖs a privilege to have this safe awesome area designated for gun enthusiasts.

Great shooting range outside of town. Luckily I have a friend who's a member and took me there. Not crowded at all and loved hitting steel at 400.

I've only been once, but it was enough for me to get a membership ASAP. Super smooth process joining online, following the range orientation and training vid/quizes, submitting my app and photo, paying, then getting my cardkey in the mail...all with no need to talk to anyone - I don't expect volunteers to drop everything to get back to me on my schedule, and they didn't have to! A trip once a month will more than pay for the membership. Thanks to the volunteers and the Bureau of Land Management for making this a safe and measured place to shoot!

It's a great place. We poke holes in paper all morning until the heat starts it's distortions then we have a central location to begin our explorations of Central Oregon.

We've been members for about a year and a half. We have a four hour drive to get here but it's well worth it. The COSSA range facilitates many disciplines.

Facility is basic but huge, the club competition program is extensive and gate code access is great because at off hours you can have the range to yourself.

Review is of my experience trying to connect with COSSA PARK. I checked this place out due to a recommendation to go here from family members who did some research online after I moved here. I tried to join and they seemed proactive in the first couple emails but after an attempt to figure out what dates would work I was never responded to again. I emailed them afterwards again a couple more times and was ignored for no given reason. The Redmond gun range is much closer, nice, and doesn't have all the crazy restrictions and obvious limitations on customer support, which I fortunately was able to check out since COSSA didn't seem interested in a paying member. Based off of that experience, coupled with the fact that the other range is much closer I would expect a lot more than just being reached out to in order to consider membership or even recommending this place to anyone again.

The best range I've been to. All members have to go through a safety orientation. Everyone at the range is on the same page regarding safety and range etiquette. Tons of different ranges to choose from. Membership fees are low considering what you get access to out there.

These guys need to change their advertising to say no longer public! People drive quite a way to find out it's NOT open to the public, it's a huge waste of a day!
