I arrived right at the door at the same time they were trying to lock up. The gentlemen here didn't roll their eyes or make any snide comments. Let me in with a smile on their face and what can I do for you attitude. They'll probably never know what that meant to a single mother feeling like a failure having 2 deaths hit right at christmas time. I was able to pay off the rest of the balance on my sons gun for Christmas and take it home. Just the welcoming attitude for somebody who feels all out of place will always keep me a customer in the future. Maybe not so much as a review but a thank you.

Be very careful to ensure that they sell you what you ask them for. I was sold an item without a manual safety despite very specifically requesting it, and not being told that the item with the specs I wanted was out of stock. I realized the mistake when I opened the case a few days later. I requested an exchange for item with the manual safety. That was fine I was told but would come with a 10% restocking fee for the exchange that they would not waive (albeit that this their fault and not mine). Rather irritating. Returned item, paid the restocking fee, and went elsewhere to buy the correct item.

Came in with my fiance for a class on handguns. Clint, the employee who worked with us, was professional and a great teacher. If you take your handgun 101 class, ask for Clint! He was amazing. My fiance had no prior experience with firearms and she even told me how his style of teaching made such a difference. I have shot pistols many times, but Clint was able to help me correct some deficiencies with my form, and boy, did I see results FAST. Great experience. I also did my concealed carry handgun class here. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Went in store to look around as I do from time to time and noticed a pistol that was there previously for a few months that has been $50 off and so I tried to make a deal by offering to put it on layaway which is nonrefundable and all I asked for additionally was a free shooting session for one gun at the indoor range which was $12 and some change. The store rep said that they couldnΓÇÖt do it since the gun was discounted already. Told him I will just go elsewhere. I have bought guns here before but this is my last time going there. They lost a customer and a sale all for services at their range totaling about $12 on an older model pistol that they have been trying to sell at a discount for several months. The kicker here is the shooting session was going to be with a pistol I had previously purchased here. I will gladly pay extra elsewhere for better service.

I have visited this store 30 times or more and purchased, sold, traded multiple firearms from there as well, but on this trip I had an odd experience. I was examining a used firearm which, had this not happen I would have purchased. As I was checking form, functionality and feel of the firearm I was asked NOT to rack the slide back and forth. I'm in a gun store, potentially purchasing a tool that has been used, and I'm NOT to check the tool for these things? Are we supposed to look from afar and then buy on impulse? I won't, not ever, I've learned enough and bought enough to know better. Sure would've liked that thing though guys. Not sure what the fix is here but after $1000's spent and potentially lost with this kind of attitude and lack of knowledge you'd think they'd want to do something. Hope there's a change. 👍

Back in 2021 I bought a 9mm after coming in just to go for the range. Instantly loved the place. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. After battling some mental health issues I made the decision to bring the gun back to them and sell it. They paid me more than what the gun shouldve have been bought back for out of pure kindness. But what stuck out the most was they asked me if I was okay and if there was anything they could do for or if there was someone they could call and even asked if they could help. After the transaction was done they shook my hand and commended me for being bold enough to do the right thing. and to let them know if there was anything they could do for me. Hands down best staff anywhere in town. Absolutely incredible and kind people they have working there. Highly highly recommend them if you are looking into buying anytime soon. Will be buying from them again for sure.

Went for the shooting range. They have great prices ($12 per lane and $10 for additional shooters) and they provide ear and eye protection for $1 each. Pretty good experience overall and staff was nice and helpful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they don't allow riffles (223) for some reason which is something I haven't experienced elsewhere.

I have been going to Champions for years. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. The manager Roger can probably answer any question you have when it comes to a firearm. I love that we have a great local gun store with an indoor range that has great prices and great service. My wife and I have bought all of our firearms through them and will continue to do so.

Saw a handgun online. Call the store up talked with one of the staff members. Explain to him I was 2 1/2 hour drive from them and could pick it up on my next day off Saturday morning, he replied, sure IΓÇÖll set it back for you and put your name on it. Got there on my next day off Saturday morning. They had the gun waiting on me. That is super great customer service. Enjoyed visiting the store. Super great staff with great customer service skills. Will definitely be back soon.

I booked a shooting class, and then i found the class requires some experiences which i don't have. I called them to cancel the class half a month ahead, but they refused because of 'no refund policy' which they never informed me. I have to go to the store to argue with them, and they finally realized they do actually have a refund policy for classes. It's nonsense! Unprofessional and unethical business strategy!
