i came into the store asking how much for the century arms ap5 and one of the employee i didn't had the chance to get his name coz im not even talking to him but he's black with dreads answered me "how much you got"?well thats an inappropriate answer to a long time customer considering he probably makes a little over minimum wage..i went straight to tyler firearms and bought the same gun & will never buy anything from this store ever again and this issue will be spreaded to my friends and family..well still a great range to shoot my toys..

I am writing this review regarding the HGP training. While the training itself was fine, I am extremely disappointed that at no point was it communicated that individuals with an honorable military discharge are exempt from this requirement. I have now paid for this course twice ΓÇö once for the initial training in Glen Burnie and again for the renewal in Severn ΓÇö and neither time was this important information disclosed. It feels like a complete waste of money, especially since I only found out about the exemption directly from MSP. Had this been made clear upfront, I would have never enrolled. The only way to make this right would be to issue a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.

These guys are the best in town. Best shooting range with nice people to work with! Hours are great and they are open on Saturdays to provide with fingerprinting service!

Just left and won’t be back. We had a decent experience until the end, when one of the employees came to us and accused us of smoking marijuana. Firstly, we came in and followed the rules of the range. This isn’t our first time in a range…. We spent two hours in the range, no one exited the building once we were inside. No one was under the influence of any substances. It wasn’t until after we paid for services and began checking out some of the inventory. A tall, bald man came to us and said “I don’t wanna single you guys out and I’m not judging but if you partake in “the lettuce” you need to do it after shooting or you won’t be able to shoot here again.” It was weird because we were inside the building the entire time and if there was suspicion of anyone being under the influence I’m sure they wouldn’t have allowed us to shoot in the first place. This was our first time here and it’s the last time for sure.

Service was terrible. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours, just wandering around the store because the guy at the front desk had forgotten about us and not reserved us a lane. We watched multiple groups go ahead of us as the same desk attendant occasionally looked over at us, somehow not saying anything. Not to mention the unattractive prices and a very finicky wireless target controller on the range.

This is our first time using this range, we arrived yesterday just after 1 PM and were told there'd be a 1-1.5 hr wait to use the range. During the wait, my friend noticed a party of 4 as well as a grandma who arrived after us got into the range first. After the initial wait estimate elapsed, we checked with the attendant at the counter, who said we had been forgotten about. We didn't get to use the range until 2 hours of waiting. When it came time to close the tab, the same attendant who said we were forgotten about didn't make amends for the additional wait. Why doesn't this place have a proper paging system?

This is a great little indoor 25 yard range with two locations. Both sites offer a variety of rentals with ammo targets and other items readily available for purchase. The staff are fast and curteous. Be prepared to wait during peak hours Both locations get busy. Also check respective site hours. They are each closed one day a week.

My first time going to an indoor gun range. I was very happy with the experience. Fun, straight forward, and an affordable experience. 10/10 recommend going if you are thinking about it . I want to go back. Lots of cheap Paper targets available on site. Staple gun included. People there to help. And a shop/store on site with many items/staff

Service was terrible…. Arrived at 4 and was told the wait time was 45 minutes or less. Went inside at 4:35 to check the status, we were told it was 5 people in front of us. At 5:20, we decided to leave. We got the call at 5:26 that a lane was available but we wouldn’t have a full hour to shoot. It was a waste of time!
