City Arsenal

I'm not one to ever leave reviews but I have to post one for City Arsenal. My wife and I just began shooting this past July. We've each taken three one hour private training lessons with Skip and the CWP class with him also. He's very patient, knowledgeable and our shooting continually improved with each session we had with him. I couldn't imagine ever shooting a firearm without proper training. The staff has been nothing but professional and friendly each visit, including this past weekend with the painless process of my first handgun purchase.

There I was, driving home from an exhausting day. I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to keep up with very much. So when I ordered a shotgun to City Arsenal, I had faith that I would be in good hands. I picked up the phone and dialed their number… one ring… two rings… a man answers the phone. In a deep and soothing voice he greets me. Something about his tone and demeanor gave me the impression that he’s not just a man, but he’s a man that works with his hands, a man that loves his family, a man that loves his country, and a man that loves God. He said verbatim “Thank you for calling City Arsenal. This is Tillmon.” my anxiety and worry vanished. A single tear ran down my face. I knew that my troubles were in the hands of someone who cares. Not only did every need of mine get met, but the customer service that I received was impeccable. I would go as far to categorize it as “Prince treatment.” Tillmon. Tillmon. Tillmon. You have given me the wonderful gift of compassion, understanding, and love. You went out of your way for me to make sure that my needs were met above all else. For that, I thank you and leave you with five big booms. Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Booooom! You are an angel. Your works have not gone unnoticed.

Great gun shop and range. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The shooting lanes were upgraded last year and the facility is second to none in Greenville. They also carry a wide variety of firearms/parts/optics, including stuff you would typically have to buy online. Discount on ammo, firearms and other items depending on the membership type is also a nice touch. Weekend is always packed so be sure to beat the crowd!

This is one of the best gun stores I have ever been to in my life. Had some gunsmithing services done, and bought an optic from them and it was a great experience. Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, but the turnaround time for gunsmithing services was very fast, and they did a great job. These guys are truly fantastic, I will never go back to PSA ever again. City Arsenal has my business for life. Go to these guys for your next purchase.

Top notch range and gun shop. They have a lot of rentals for the range, supplies, suppressors and higher end rifles and handguns. Staff is 10/10. Everybody is down to earth and really helpful without pushing you one way or another. I drive past quite a few shops to come here because of whatΓÇÖs listed above.

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff that treat you well even if you are a novice. No question is too "dumb." They will take time to explain and help. Pretty much the opposite of PSA.

Good place to shoot. Only downside is you can't even pattern your shotgun with buckshot. Can only shoot those $1.50+ each slugs if you get a shotgun.

Very friendly staff, clean and organized showroom. Clean shooting lanes with digital target trolleys. Have never had a bad experience
