Clark County Rifle-Pistol Center & RV Park
Typical outdoor shooting range with a variety of stations, mountain views & instructional videos.

Q: how much does it cost to use the range
A: how much to site in a 22 rifle
- Steve Denton (a year ago)
Q: What is the current price to use pistol range or rifle range?
A: They are correct. The "movie" is the safety briefing. When you finish it you get a card so you don't have to watch it the next time you come. Extra charges for eyes, ears, targets and ammo, so bring your own if you have them. They are great up there. They run it well. The RSO's don't have attitudes. Enjoy!
- Craig King (7 years ago)
A: Yes 9$ and watch a movie if you don't have the card
- michel williams (7 years ago)
A: What is the card for
- Frank Giordano (6 years ago)
A: It was $10 when I went today (5/26/18)
- Brian Bartolome (Ultra Vegas) (6 years ago)
A: $10 for all day as of Jan 1, 2019
- Brian Philippus (6 years ago)
Q: Are there restrictions of the type of ammo you can use for the rifle range? (i.e steel core, bi metal, steel case, etc...)
A: Nope. The back stop is dirt, so there's that. They probably frown on incendiary rounds, or anything NFA.
- Paul Johnson (5 years ago)
Q: They carry 155mm howitzer rounds? ;-p
A: You need a CCW to purchase that round.
- Marcus Larsen (3 years ago)
A: No you do not need a CCW to purchase Ammunition But you have to have Nevada I I
- Bruce Miranda (3 years ago)
A: I don't know you have to go there to check everything but they have some good stuff
- Samuel Rios (5 years ago)
A: lol - fire for affect one round
- irie a (5 years ago)
Q: What is the price of the range
A: Depends on what activity you are participating in.
- Craig Saint Vincent (5 years ago)
Q: what are the days open and hours of operation for the rifle and handgun range?
A: They are generally less busy on Wednesdays.
- Craig King (7 years ago)
A: Call to be sure as they have 'winter' hous.
- Darth Keller (7 years ago)
A: Wednesday Thursday open till 10PM Friday thru Sunday open till 5pm
- Rick Bannon (7 years ago)
Q: I cant find a link to the rv park. What am I missing?
A: The RV link is unfortunately really hard to find but it's on the main page and its a photo of an actual RV with the words Reserve A Spot in green print
- Amanda Rivera (8 months ago)
Q: Do you rent guns?
A: You can, or bring your own.
- Jennifer Rachiell (5 years ago)
A: Yes! However, they're all Berettas. So, if you're trying to get a desert eagle for some stupid reason... Nope. But if you want to rent a really well designed 9mm...
- Paul Johnson (5 years ago)
A: Yes, they do!
- Maximilian F├╝rst (5 years ago)
A: It's a great place to shoot
- Judy Anderson (5 years ago)
Q: Can you rent hand guns or rifles
A: Yes. You can rent from $12 per hour, $25 for 3 hours...
- Toni Livingston (6 years ago)
A: Yes they have a collection of popular handguns and rifles for rent. You can find the list on their website.
- Ryan Rezaei (6 years ago)
A: Yes, .22 and 9mm handguns (Beretta mostly), .22 rifles, sometimes larger caliber rifles are available as well (best to call for availability)
- Vadim Polonichko (6 years ago)
A: Price to fire own hand gun.
- Jeff Thompson (3 years ago)
A: Yes
- Craig Saint Vincent (6 years ago)
Q: Can you shoot fully automatic weapons
A: Seen it, so yes.

This is really nice for a taxpayer funded facility. The problem is their hours are stupid. I can't shoot my rifle on Mondays or something? I don't even know. I would be up here a lot more often if they could figure that out. And on that note of course my tax dollars are going towards something that doesn't operate efficiently. I get that they have to be safe but this turns what should be a smooth day of shooting into quite the task.

Very quiet safe place to park your rig without having to worry about stuff being stolen. RV campground is behind the shooting range. Requires a security code to get in after hours.

Awesome RV park away from the craziness of Vegas. Good prices and all hookups. Nice staff. Only drawback for me is no enclosed dog park. That would be nice. Nice view of Vegas. Shooting is no big deal. You forget people are even shooting. Oh, and it feels very safe. Lots of security all day and night. Even stayed here over New YearΓÇÖs. Zero issues.

The Clark County Shooting Complex is simply amazing. The amenities are the best in the west, and IΓÇÖve been all over to various ranges in multiple states. The staff is friendly, and they have great opportunities for events year round! Love this place!

We stayed in the RV park for a week. It was $30 a day for FHU. Sites are spacious. It is gated so no one will bother you. It was quiet at night. You can hear some shooting during their business hours.

I'm not sure why all the positive reviews. I'm a Las Vegas local. I spent more time on the handgun range waiting to shoot. Then actually shooting. There's so many better ranges in Las Vegas than this one.

Excellent experience at the shooting complex!!!! It was easy getting there from Vegas using Lyft/Uber. After arriving at the complex very nice people at the front desk greeted us (my brother and I) and helped us through the process of getting on the shooting field. We watched the safety videos (around 15 minutes), rented sporting shotguns got target loads and headed to one of the fields where public shooting took place. Met a great couple Swany who gave us a ride to field # 14 and helped us with some shooting tips (a very experienced trap and skeet shooter)… etc, great great guy, and his wife Marie happened to be running the public shooting on that day. The sweetest lady that pulled for my self and my brother, each 6 skeet rounds. If you are into clay shooting this is the place for it. I returned the following day and did 10 more rounds, and will plan to go there every time I visit Las Vegas.

A very large complex with individual areas for things such as archery, shotgun, skeet, pistol, rifle, etc. Very well-organized and well set-up. Lots of staff ensures public safety. Rules and regulations are strictly followed. This is an excellent place to learn about guns and gun safety. Fully stocked pro shop including snacks and drinks. I am very impressed by this place! This is by far the nicest shooting complex I have ever visited.

I stayed at the RV park. The amenities are pretty bare. You get power, water, sewer, and trash but not out houses or laundry. The RV park is co-located with the shotgun range which is not as loud as many have said it would be. Shooting stops pretty early at night to get some sleep and the noise level afterwards is extremely quiet except for the howling winds coming from the mountains. For the price and the view of the city I would recommend this location for anyone who likes guns and has children who respects the range and the range rules. The price is one of the better one in tow as well especially if you pay for 29 day upfront.

Pardon the pun, but it's literally a blast. The staff are super cool, as long as you follow the safety rules, which I am happy for.

This place is great. Clean, polite staff. Helpful. We'll organized. Great alternative to smaller ranges or unkept desert shooting spots. Always spend around 1 to 2 hrs here.

This place is amazing. We have been to every shooting range and loved them but finally got around to using the RV park . AWESOME! The pull through spot was a little hard to find in the dark, but hookups were easy to use and the views are spectacular...especially the city at night. And if you are a shooter, you are right there when they open. Be sure to keep your pets on leashes: there was a family looking for a lost dog on our last day and while this is a shooting center, it is open desert.

We had a fantastic experience at the Archery Pumpkin Shoot today, arriving around 9 AM. We checked in and headed to the shooting area, where John and Mia truly enhanced our visit. Their welcoming attitude made a big difference, especially for first-timers like us. Unfortunately, the other two ladies at the venue were less friendly and made us feel unwelcome, even attempting to send us back to pay for equipment we had already covered online. Thankfully, John intervened, confirming that our online payment included the archery gear since it was a Halloween event. John's and Mia's support was invaluable. Mia connected personally with us, sharing her aspirations of becoming a park ranger or entering law enforcement. SheΓÇÖs undoubtedly an asset to any team she joins. JohnΓÇÖs leadership and kindness were equally impressive, making him an exceptional guide. Overall, John and Mia made our day memorable, while the less hospitable staff members did not detract from the positive impact these two had on our experience.
