Q: does your hunting license matter what county it is issued for? Is any New Jersey hunting license ok?
A: Your NJ Hunting license, whether it be for Bow or Firearm isn't issued for a particular county. It's STATEWIDE. That being said the state is divided into Permit Zones for hunting during Permit seasons. Make sure if shooting black powder or rifle you have a rifle permit as well as your license. Suggest reading the FREE COMPENDIUM that is available at any license agent/store, or on the DEP's Fish and Wildlife website. Or call the Northern Region Office for specific questions.

Use this range frequently with hardly no issues. Last week my rifle in the case was taken. Had to State police eventually I received it back. The story was take by mistake. The person who took it was on the far end. Be careful when using this range

Great range and one of the few public ranges you can shoot centerfire rifles at. It was recently renovated so everything is in good condition.
