Had a great time here for a first visit (Ed?) Was very friendly and helpful, the process of signing waivers and getting to shoot was very smooth and quick clean place as well 17 and under shoot free!

What a great place. I have shot here for years, however I just brought my young son here for his introduction to shooting. The staff is very accommodating, especially to youth shooters. The facility is a great and set up perfect.

Some very kind RSOs mixed with what seemed to be a manager who liked screaming at our group. A mistake was made in taking an action open, unloaded weapon pointed at the ground from one lane to the next, always beyond the firing line and never crossing into the ready area. This is obviously against protocol, which is understood, and I feel partially responsible as the more experienced range shooter in my group. There are different ways to handle this. We received about 15 seconds of generalized screaming and threats that we'd be banned from the range by this gentleman. He claimed that we'd been warned about this already but nobody in my group had been spoken to. As I began to case one of several weapons to start clean-up at the end of our session, he ensured to return with the push-broom and yell "Make sure you clean up after yourself." This is, obviously, the intention, and personally, a very satisfying aspect of the range experience I love doing! To layer the insult, he made me wait and watch him clean three other lanes before giving me the broom. Luckily all of the red-hoodied RSOs were very kind from the jump, and continued to be so after our mistake. One in particular helped me teach my daughter to aim and fire her first ever shots on a .22. Truly kind, professional, safety-minded folks. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind in spite of our large group and the range hosting a large event simultaneously. Very clean well maintained facilities that are comfortable, and plenty of seating if you need to wait. It's simply unfortunate that the exact experience that newer shooters fear having at a range happened. If somebody had been flagging people or handling weapons in the ready area, I'd understand screaming and threats of (or immediate) ejection/banning. I may come back on my own, but will be steering clear of the pistol range. Will absolutely never risk having people scared off from the sport for good by unnecessary rage.

First time shooting trap, Clay's was great. Not new to guns, but new to shotguns, they helped without talking down, and the facility was first rate. Good people, good buisness.

This shooting range is well maintained and well organized. Employees are pleasant and helpful when needed. I've shot trap there dozens of times and never had a problem.

Range safety officers were great. I had an ejection issue and they were more than happy to help. Highly recommend anyone to come here it was an overall perfect experience
