A: Is the rifle range open yet? Why is it so hard to get an answer? Someone update the website. It's been months already so why isn't updated?

A: Activities allowed: Rifle shooting and shotgun patterning. Summer hours: Thursday - Tuesday 10am - 6pm CLOSED on WEDNESDAY's Winter hours: Thursday - Tuesday 10am - 4pm CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY's The handgun range is temporary closed for repairs. No handguns are allowed on this range at anytime. Future plans to reopen handgun range in 2022. No archery including bows or crossbow target shooting is available at this range.

A: Allegedly a "Pistol Backstop" needs to be installed, but it is increasingly looking like this is being purposefully delayed/avoided.

A: There are no specific hours posted (at the range or their web page). I heard it's closed Wednesdays, but I was there yesterday and it was open. They just opened on Tuesday though.

A: Wednesday are cleanup and police officer training days and hours were sun up to sun down but changing due to noise complaints Apparently.

A: The way I interpret law enforcement can reserve the range. Then it becomes closed to the public that day. That's why I was stating public should review the website before going.

A: The 100-yard and 50-yard rifle ranges and the 50-yard shotgun range is open to the public at no cost and no reservations needed. The range hours are Thursday through Tuesday 10am to 6pm. The range is CLOSED on Wednesdays. The handgun range remains closed, and no handgun shooting is allowed at this time on any of the ranges.
