I had a terrible experience at this gun store. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my questions. The selection was limited, and the prices were much higher than other places IΓÇÖve been to. To top it off, the store wouldnΓÇÖt sell or let you look at any guns unless you were 21 years old. I didnΓÇÖt realize I was at walmart.

I know this is due to my lack of due diligence, but I purchased a shotgun from continental arms and when I got home after checking out on the internet the gun retailed for $250 and I paid $295. It was a spur of the moment, but even so, they are ripping off the public. That is all I needed to make my decision to that I will never purchase from them again.

Well I must say i enjoyed myself it was years ago when we use to go there before the remodeling and decided to go back, if you read the reviews you will be hesitant but it was nothing but a great experience, from the front of the house to the range, if you are apart of the gun culture itΓÇÖs no way you would not enjoy yourself I believe a few inexperienced people who didnΓÇÖt understand the rules and safety protocols got upset and wrote a few comments, far as the race stuff not true they talk with everyone we are black and felt welcome great place no wait time great lighting and place to shoot

Positive experience. Bought my first shotgun. They took me into one of their classrooms and gave me a 20 minute tutorial on basic handling of the gun. Really helpful.

Used to love this place until i found out the owner is supposedly ΓÇ£sandyΓÇ¥. She is full of herself and demonstrates terrible leadership and business ethics. Never go to range on a week day because they have a angry passive aggressive ,deaf asian man as a range officer working that will most likely try to put his hands on you and ruin your experience with your family. Few staff are knowledgeable and most are old and not helpful. They showed extreme disrespect and disregarded the incident that i had with the bi polar range officer that did not speak fluent english and he threatened me. Overall this place is a disgrace they made me feel discriminated against because of my age and race. Its sad to think i spend thousands with them and they treated me that way. #freeamerica

I've purchased ammunition from this store on multiple occasions, including a recent purchase of 9mm. Unfortunately, I discovered that one of the boxes I bought was only half full. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was informed that the ammunition was sold "as marked" or "as is." However, there was no indication on the box that it was only half full, nor did the price reflect this. It left me feeling awkward, especially considering that if I had inspected each box and opened them in front of workers, they probably would have told me not to do so. I didn't want to argue, felt it not worth the effort, and just left.

Frankly I do 't get a chance to go to the range that often, but when I do, it is a family affair. Retired for almost 30 years from law enforcement, I find it essential to maintain my shooting skills for self and family protection. Continental arms provides the venue to maintain and sharpen those skills. Continental has everything you would need for the firearm and shooting hobby. The.lobby is a full scale gun store and their prices are actually quite reasonable. It is most interesting to visit and understand that guns are not our nations problem. The problem is mental illness brought on by the Washington D.C. lunatics who want a national gun grab......the Sol Alinsky way. Educate yourself and protect the 2nd ammendment. The true first step is visit Continental Arms and learn gun safety.

The staff were so helpful and seemed to have a genuine interest in making our experience great. The facility is well organized and peaceful, there was no wait time, and everyone from the front to the back of the house was knowledgeable. This place has various instructional courses and guns for sale and rent. I'd recommend Continental for target practice, purchases, and education.

Some of the staff are nice while other have a TERRIBLE attitude (as evidenced by their reply to this review and others). The range is dated, in poor shape, and only pistol calibers are allowed. Store never seems to be well stocked. Biggest issue I've had is that I purchased 100 rounds of 5.56 for $68 (expensive but I assumed it was higher quality ammo and I needed some for a range day coming up). Opened the box to see they were charging this price for remanufactured ammo. That alone is bad enough. Then I had multiple malfunctions before realizing the bullets weren't seated properly and were falling back into the casings while still in the magazine! Had to strip my rifle and clean it and the magazines because powder had gotten everywhere. Very clear in the store that all sales are final with no returns given the signs, so I guess I'm out $60+ now. Avoid this shop if you want fair prices, trustworthy products, and most importantly people who care about their customers. In response your reply: I run a daniel defense 100% stock and it never even made it into the gun before it started to fall apart. It fell apart in the magazines, which is surprising for 60 cents/round 5.56, which is horrendously overpriced. My mistake on it being remanufactured. And given the "no returns" signs at the checkout counter I figured you would stand by that policy. Your reply filled with nothing but a bad attitude and disrespect exemplifies your attitude toward customers. Furthermore, your numerous negative reviews indicated that YOU should look inward toward building a more customer-centric culture. If I wasn't going to return before, I certainly won't now. Good luck with your sad little business. I am friends with many shooters and will personally ensure none of them support your business.

IΓÇÖm a beginner and have been to the range 3 times so far. Great place. All the staff are super knowledgeable and willing to help. IΓÇÖm ready to purchase my 1st gun thanks to all the great advice I received. Highly recommend continental arms.

Terrible customer service, Sandy needs to not answer the phone, she needs training in a major way. It sounds as if she doesn't want to take calls or answer simple questions. Response from owner. Sandy doesn't answer stupid questions. Well mr owner I actually asked a very standard question that could have been given a standard response. Sandy still has a very bad attitude, and I see it's obviously the culture at continental arms. By the way, you and sandy can eat a fat Glizzy

Yesterday I took my daughter, her husband and several of their children to be introduced and experience fire arms. Adam worked with all of them individually and collectively. He was amazing. He instructed each according to his/her age and could relate to everyone. When we left they all had a new perspective, respect for fire arms, and safety as a major issue. Each one fired a weapon. We accomplished everything we may have wanted and had an amazing experience.

Only went 2 times last year, fun experience for first time shooters but does not allow 5.56 calibers to be shot on their range.

It's a pistol range, but I was told I cannot shoot my AR pistol there😡. Now I go to Guntry much better range. Thank you for turning me away 😁
