There are a couple of archery options in the area but Corner Archery was the most convenient for us and I think a little bit less expensive than the other options. My son has been taking classes for a couple of months and really enjoys it so we have both started shooting for fun. I am glad that choice made from convenience worked out so well though and I don't think that corner archery loses out to any other option in the valley. If you are interested in getting into archery or purchasing something for your kit I highly recommend the store. Do yourself a favor and talk to Rhonda (the owner) first though. She is both kind and genuine and more than anything wants to do the right thing for you. I have never been "upsold" or pressured into a purchase and every suggestion was well reasoned and respectful of my goals and budget. Her advice is free, but it's probably the most valuable thing in the shop. Finally, do consider buying through the shop. Their prices are just as good as prices you find online or at big box stores but your dollar goes a lot further in keeping this sport alive and thriving for future generations in the valley. Update (02/20/25) Still very happy with our choice to come here. My kids are both a part of the team now and I am coaching here as well. It's a great group of people and a great sport.

I can give a long drawn out testimonial about my familyΓÇÖs Archery journey through multiple states but none of that really matters. The facts are archery is easy to try, hard to learn and extremely difficult to master. And Corner Archery has all levels of archers and coaches to help you at any level, any weekday there are any where from 2 to 8 USA Archery coaches (who have completed their safe sport training) walking the lanes, helping out in the shop, giving free advice, or conducting a private lesson. None of that would be here without Rhonda the owner and leader of Corner Archery. She and her amazing staff who comprise of U.S. Armed Forces veterans, young archers who are learning to be responsible adults and bow techs who most of which have full time jobs before they come in and bow tech at there full time passion. Also for those of us blue collar workers who donΓÇÖt have the money to buy brand new equipment, Corner Archery has a previously owned rack where you can find any type of bow that can fit your budget, or maybe you want a new bow but upfront costs is to great, Corner Archery does layaway plans as well. I have seen all creeds and classes of archers shooting next to each other at Corner Archery. So in conclusion Archery is a meritocracy, you get out of it what you put into it. Corner Archery is no different. It extremely difficult to help someone out when they are not willing to help themselves by asking questions or educating them selves one their equipment or potential equipment.

This is my first time leaving a review somewhere, but the customer service here from a particular employee is atrocious and felt it deserved a review. I brought my bow in that I havenΓÇÖt shot in quite some time to get new strings and get some arrows re fletched/wrapped and the older gentleman working their was rude to me from the second I walked in, as he was asking me what I wanted done he would get upset about me saying even a word and I ended up confronting him about his behavior and asked him why he was treating me with no respect as a customer when the whole time I was kind and respectful just trying to get a service done on my bow. Ended up getting the bow setup and when I went to pick it up was greeted by another rude remark when he asked me for an arrow to set my peep he looked at me like an idiot when I mentioned they had all my arrowΓÇÖs there since I was getting them re fletched and made a face to the other tech as if I was stupid for saying that? Oh and not to mention received the completely wrong color strings then what I asked for after all his complaining. The lady owner seems to not really care about customer service as she saw how he was acting and didnΓÇÖt even blink an eye to it. And it was not just me I saw the way he was treating another customer with a pissed off attitude. if you have no customer service donΓÇÖt have a job where you have to talk to people and be nice! however the bow strings seem to be working good thus far and was able to test it out on their 20 yard lanes. In all I would recommend buying or getting any service done else where to avoid the headache.

Just getting back into hunting, found the exact bow I wanted, $500 cheaper than buying from the maker. They strung me up, adjusted as much as I wanted, and were extremely informative when I had questions. Welcoming atmosphere, competitive prices, good selection and great services. Going back soon!

Wonderful experience! Professional staff who love what they do—and it shows! This place is a gem... My daughter greatly enjoys honing her skills through constant practice on their range. 🏹🎯 This place is perfect for all skill levels and all ages. It's REALLY FUN, even if you've never done archery before, just like my daughter when she first started. This is a sport that you will enjoy for a lifetime. ❤️🤗

Starting with beginner lessons here last year, shooting arrows here has now turned into the favorite part of my week. I go for group (adult JOAD) classes, league nights, and private classes. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend giving it a shot

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They got my new bow all set up and ready to go, and gave me a few coaching points. I bought a new Hoyt, and I couldn't be happier with the way it shoots.

I was headed to Phoenix and would have some downtime. I wanted advice and a second set of eyes on my new bow. I was able to schedule an appointment with corner archery. I misjudged my driving time and arrived early, but they were accommodating and welcomed me to get started. They took a look at everything I had set up. Before making changes, Rhonda brought me to the range and had me shoot a few times. She made a few recommendations for changes and immediately made them. We then went back to the range to make sure they were correct. She then offered some form recommendations. Rhonda was patient and very knowledgeable. For someone who does not have a local bow shop, it was nice to pick her brain and know that she is speaking from a place of experience. At no point did I feel that she was pushing products of any kind; she gave me the full range of items and the pros and cons of each. If you are in the area, I would strongly recommend stopping in. It is worth it. With her recommendation and form pointer i am shooting better than ever.

Dumb employee didn't want to help. I specifically asked while on the phone if there was a class on my son's birthday, in which he said, "yes, go online to book it" I went online and found Saturday classes only so I call back and he acted dumb and claimed he told me November 18th for classes, not November 8th

My son's birthday fell on a Sunday. He wanted to have his birthday party here so I called to check availability. I mentioned my son's birthday would fall on a Sunday, knowing they are not open on Sundays, I was thinking we would select a date close to his actual bday. They were so accommodating. They had staff come in, not only on a Sunday, but on a holiday weekend so my son's birthday would be amazing. Thank you so much to Brenda, Rhonda, and Mark for making sure his birthday was awesome. They were very thorough in teaching us the basics and allowing us to have fun. Will definitely be back soon!

We started bringing one of our sons to corner archery a few months ago for their kids classes. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here and are so glad we found Corner Archery. All of the staff and coaches are so polite and helpful. They have always been patient and respectful with my questions and guided me through the process to get our son set up. Their prices are very affordable and you can book one class at a time instead of signing up for a ΓÇ£seasonΓÇ¥ like other sports/activities. Their website for booking is so easy to use and they offer a super flexible cancellation policy if you signed up for a class and canΓÇÖt end up attending. They have a ton of gear available for sale across different archery mediums and price points. We are very happy to be able to support a local business while nurturing our sons interest.

Great shop with almost everything you could want in an archery store! The workers here are very friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of archery. The range that they have is a simple indoor ~20 yard range. So long as you know what you are doing and practice safety on the range, they don't bother you much. When they do come up to you, it is with good intentions! They don't belittle you in the slightest. If there is something that you could improve on or adjust; and they happen to see it, they will simply mention what you could do to improve. Don't be afraid to tell them you are new to archery if you have never shot a bow before, they will be more than happy to help you get started. TL/DR: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, has a range, has equipment and accessories. Newbie Friendly.

We have had the most amazing experience at Corner Archery. We started in their Saturday beginner classes and using their equipment. Once my boy figured out what he wanted they got us set up with a bow that was just his size and they tuned it helped him sight it on the practice range at no additional cost. They have a great selection of bows, arrows, and accessories. My son has developed a great sense of accomplishment and new measure of patience, self control, and self confidence. I recommend archery as great hobby/sport and Corner Archery as the place to go for all your archery and bow hunting needs. My son loves his private lessons from Coach Rhonda the owner, and earning achievement pins as part or their JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) program. It is such a great resource to have this shop and indoor range in our community.
