A: no shotguns buddy only small caliber rifles and pistols, no magnum rounds as well

Q: Do they provide lessons for beginners?.. and if so.. do you need a permit to shoot a pistol.. as a beginner?
A: Welcome to New York state in order to even touch a pistol in New York state you need to first have a pistol permit, if you want to rent a pistol to shoot for the day you can do that in Connecticut and in New Jersey.

A: If you rent a rifle they will provide basic instruction to get you going. You cannot touch a pistol in NYS without a permit as was previously stated.

A: Hi Johanne. I'm sorry I don't know. I' think you have to have a conceal permit to use the faculty. I think this facility is for practice range for those with a conceal permit.

A: They only rent 22 rifles and you must be 21.

A: Yes if accompanied by an adult 21 or older and the adult provides a rifle. Must be 21 to rent.

A: I have never shot a gun..do they train you w. A gun like a 22? And how much to pay ..I have shot rifle at other range..

A: No you can only shoot pistols and rifles in pistol calibers. So .22 caliber , 9mm 38 caliber rifles are ok, you can shoot a patrol carbine as well. They have .22 caliber rifle for rent, they also sell targets.

I have been going to this range sporadically for a few months now. Staff is helpful and friendly. Range is old, but gets the job done. Price is solid.

Small indoor range i was very surprised to find it there, I would recommend it. Go to the door and speak into the microphone to be let in.

My Dad and I used to go there when I was around twelve years old, over fourty years ago. Good gun safety and training should be apart of every americans life. WE THE PEOPLE are AmericaΓÇÖs army. Keep America the greatest country in the world. Glad to see they are still open. Lots of great memories there.

Great staff; knowledgeable, helpful and nice. They keep the environment at the range friendly and relax. I highly recommend this place. They can help you with practical things if you ask for help, but if they see you know what you are doing, they leave you alone. They can help you with classes and tips to obtain the pistol permit and their prices are way lower than other places.

Not the most high tech or new range, but the staff made up for it, which is just as important. Jerry one of the range-masters there took the time to give me some tips, which actually where very beneficial and helpful. Definitely recommend. Just wish they would be able to update the range to allow larger caliber rifles (.223) etc.

It's a pretty good and well maintained indoors range. Been going there for years. Staff is friendly and helpful, if you need to, if not -they'll leave you alone, as long as you be within safety rules and regulation. Safety is pretty big thing in this range and in my eyes it's a tremendous plus.
