A: Yes
- Michael Beierle (6 years ago)
Q: What size 20 gauge target load can you use
A: Do you have to use 20 gauge? Or can you use 12 Gauge?

A: No shot size larger than 7.5 and no more than 1 1/8th oz.
- John Proctor (7 years ago)
A: 2 shots. We used buckshot that didn't have a big kickback. You have to buy their ammo
- Katherine Wood (7 years ago)
Q: Can pregnant women participate in?
A: Well, it is good exercise, with plenty of walking. It is also noisy, with the shooting going on (hearing protection is required). Probably not bad, but I'd consult with your doctor first.
- Jacques Dailey (6 months ago)
Q: what choke would you recommend for your range?
A: Hello Victor, Our rental guns are mostly over under shotguns. We have modified on top and improved cylinder on the bottom. If you were using a pump or semi, then I would probably recommend improved cylinder for our course.

Coyote Valley Sporting clays is a lot of fun, with twenty stations offering a variety of target presentations with varying difficulty. Most stations also offer the option of shooting simultaneously launched pairs. Shotguns are available for rent and ammunition for purchase by people who donΓÇÖt bring their own.

Easily the most noteworthy spot near south bay. This is the only nearby place for sporting clays, and they also have trap and skeet (they technically have 5-stand, but it's closed unless there's a special event). First time here I had a private lesson with Irene, which went well. I have come many times since. Everything is high quality, staff are friendly to beginners. Just don't lose your card!

Surprisingly easy for a first time shooter. This place has a really nice setup and it's easy to be safe and have fun. There are a variety of targets for newbies like myself and my more experienced friends. Surprisingly affordable. Will definitely be back.

Nice place for practicing and fun shooting. Many stations with different level of difficulties. I went there first time with the colleagues and enjoyed fully. Get a good earphone for noise cancellation (or you need to rent/buy one there). I went with JBL music headphone however it has a good noise cancellation so it worked. If you are going first time, you need to sign up and watch the safety video. Watch and follow the instruction clearly or ask questions. They have light food / snacks and drinks available there so you can relax and enjoy maybe after returning from shooting. Better go in a group to support each other.

Awesome walkable course with a great variety of shots. Some really humbling ones, but also a lot of nice open practice areas if you want to relax and break clays reliably.

Always a great time. A couple of stations were down today for special events, but they were at the end if the run, it was getting hot, and we were ready to wrap it up. Busy Saturday, today. Didn't do the BBQ today, though it smelled great.

This was my first time clay shooting and it was a blast! I thought this was just going to be an area just to shoot in one position, but it's like miniature golf. Would highly recommend and I would return. You can rent a gun there and also buy ammunition or bring your own.

A wonderful experience all around. Great instructor and beautiful setting. The instructors are volunteers so be sure to budget for a good tip because they're great!

It is a great treat to come here, be issued a rental shotgun, and stroll from station to station blasting clays. IΓÇÖm not super happy with the policy to rent at most a single gun for a group vs. as many as are necessary to fit the range of participants, but I forgive this minor inconvenience. Having a place like this practically in oneΓÇÖs backyard is a vanishing privilege.

One of my favorite places in the whole Bay. There is something so serene about coming out here in the early morning on a weekend and getting to hop from station to station, shooting sporting clays that test what feels like every possible shooting situation then coming back to the clubhouse for some refreshing drink and some BBQ. And the people who work here are so friendly! Whether you're a seasoned shooter or it's your first time, there's something for everyone and everyone always has a good time.

My brother and I had a lot of fun shooting clays at Coyote. Staff are really friendly and facilities are super nice. Would advise practicing during mornings as the afternoons can get pretty hot! Many stations are shaded which does help out We plan to come back! Super blessed to have this clay range so close to Silicon Valley.

IΓÇÖve known about this place for awhile but only started coming here this summer. ItΓÇÖs an amazing facility and easily one of the nicest in California for clay shooting. Front desk staff are super friendly and the facility is maintained very well. If you have any questions, check out their website as itΓÇÖs very informative.

I would give it 5 stars for the maintenance, the park in itself for aesthetics, and the unique shooting stations that I search wide for in regards to rabbits and bird. I, however, am dismayed at the select employee. A tall, blonde, and blue-eyed lady that makes me and others feel rather unwelcome from her uncordial approach. To work customer service is to not wear your feelings as a patch on your shoulder, it is to keep trying and put your own thoughts aside. Practice a little warmth and decency for the next that you like to judge as cover of book. Last I heard you want people to vote to keep you open, make us feel welcome to do so
