Very disappointing. My husband and I moved to the Conroe area and were very excited to try a new gun range . We shoot a lot. My first disappointment with Creekwood was that I called twice and got a price for the family yearly package . My husband went to sign up and it was almost $200 more than we were told on the phone ! Ok so we let it go . No big deal but not signing up for that . He has been 3 times and everytime he goes the price has changed . It is already expensive especially for an outdoor range. I have been with him once and only two of the clips that hold the targets up at the pistol range even hold the paper targets up! We will never go here again. Until this place can determine an actual price for time and be consistent and fix up their pistol range up they are going to have a hard time getting new shooters or even keeping what loyal customers they have.

Nice customer service and a great facility with great prices. WeΓÇÖve shot skeet here a few times but had the most fun recently doing the sporting clay course when skeet was all reserved. Had a few broken clays not throw at station 12, guy at the desk took the price off of those three for us. Very nice.

Called several times to fix throwers 4 and 12 but no one came. Told office staff at the end but argued that no one called. Tried to charge me for the clays that wouldn't launch. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Great pavillion facility for group events. Small shop and store. Not enough shooter carts. Long walk for sporting clays.

Nice facility. However, be aware that they charge PER CLAY. We had several broken clays come out and a few remote malfunctions which caused wasted clays. This is the first time I've ever heard of charging for individual clays.

I dropped by here today and used the range, the people in the office were super helpful and very kind. a lot of beautiful space and it is well kept. The price was very fair and the lessons for skeet seemed very reasonable, I will be returning

Great place for group activity. We were a group of 8, and we were out there for about 3 hours clay shooting. They are extremely nice, and very safety-cautious. They took the time to explain to each one of us how to shoot the gun, and also how to be safe. I would definitely go back for other activities.

Good prices and the staff is wonderful. Super pretty spot to bust some clays. They have a nice pistol and tactical range as well but I mainly go for sporting clays.

I always have a great time at this place. They have about 15 sporting clays stations, if I remember correctly. You walk along a shaded, wooded path and it wraps around a big field. They have skeet and a pistol range, too. They have a great setup with the electronic stations.

Went for skeet shooting lessons with Scott yesterday. My first visit to this range and it was my first skeet shooting lesson. Scott was awesome - he explained everything very well and was very good at focusing on what to do (as opposed to what not to do). The whole place seems to be very family friendly. Definitely a place I would highly recommend. I'll be back for more lessons with Scott.

I have been going to Creekwood for many many years.......It is a beautiful place by the San Jac River......In 1997 it was voted the #2 Clay Target Club in the whole Houston Area.......That ought to tell you something---It is a special place!...The new owners are a family run team that works well together....and they are very nice and sociable and explain things nicely to the novice shooter and also there is a place for the competitive shooter and hunter because they throw very good targets........5-stand is very good also.....Also there is a gunsmith onsite and I have sold a used shotgun thru them and they are very competitive on that .....All in all I have to give this place 5 stars......For all the services that are available in one place you just cant beat it.....They also have a place to shoot handguns and tactical as well......I am not into that but the people that participate say they have a good experience as well.

They had multiple throwers not working so I pushed the button to many times to try to get it to throw and by doing so I got over charged. When I brought it up to the kid behind the counter he said there was nothing he can do about it. Well now you won't be seeing me or any of my friends ever again. Also black wood is only 7 mins from there and is a way better place.

We went there to try out our new pistols. Found that their pistol range fee was $15 despite their website saying $10. OK no biggie so far. ... However the target holders in the pistol range were falling apart.... so much that it was difficult to attach our pistol targets. The manager explained this was because they'd been shot at [?????]. The ramp and entrance to the club house was in horrific shape [unprofessional carpentry here] and a 'trip-hazard' step caused the Mrs. to fall on the way in to pay their fee... shouldn't have gone there. [one star only because it will not let me post a ZERO].

This is the nice place to shoot sporting clays on the north side of Houston. The Oliver Family have really pull a lot of money in to everything and it really shows. It is a very beautiful place to come shoot and I always have a great time here.
