Katie and Tabby are great! We came in Sunday morning to shoot and Katie was super helpful! We browsed the store after shooting and saw they had a firearm weΓÇÖve been wanting. Katie gave us more details on it and we thought about it and came back later that evening and purchased it. Katie and Tammy both were so knowledgeable and friendly when we came back the 2nd time. Katie put on our sight and light we purchased with the firearm. She also recommended one of the slings that makes it easier to carry. I highly recommend coming here to shoot because itΓÇÖs a great range with great prices! The employees are super friendly, great conversationalist, and know their stuff!! Ask for Katie or Tabby!!

This is the ultimate example of a professional gun shop I had the greatest pleasure of working with Katie the gunsmith she completely knows everything about firearms as well as being upfront and professional and honest on what class of firearms are right for your individual safety and needs I will continue to support this location because of the honesty shown to me by Katie she is a gun encyclopedia I advise everyone only make an appointment with Katie only and you will see what I mean

After going to a couple different places in the area I tried this place (because of some reviews I saw) to change the sights on my shield plus. Katie was able to do it for me in just a couple of minutes… yes everywhere you look it says the shield sights are hard to get off. Very happy with the work. Also this place has everything you could ever need. And the range is really nice. I will be back forsure. Thank you

First time in since the remodeling has been done. The showroom is very nice. Plenty of things to look at and choose from. The handgun range is okay, especially good on rainy days. When there's nowhere to go outside, it's comfortable.

This is one of the best shops and best ranges the people that work here are not just working a job they truly care for what you are looking for and will answer literally any question you have we have bought a rifle and a hand gun from them so far and we couldn't be more satisfied with both. Great recommendations and great buys im a frequent flyer at the range and will be purchasing more guns from them

I have had my shotgun cleaned here on multiple occasions, and I was very impressed with the quality of work. Katie did an exceptional job cleaning my gun. The turnaround time is very quick, and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back to not only have my guns cleaned but also to purchase some products.

I brought a rifle to cro arms for some work and all I can say is the staff that works in this establishment does a great job at taking care of the customer. Katie helped me out with a bunch of last minute items I added and put them on the rifle in a timely manner. Will continue to shop over here and use the range.

Some great knowledgeable people here. The people are actually friendly and some have a snobby attitude which is great especially for people who are new to purchasing guns and are shy. I spoke to a lady both times and she was highly informative and friendly. I love it when people start actually communicating and spreading their knowledge. ItΓÇÖs how the weapons customer service should be. Their range prices are also one of the best , just went to another range where I spent nearly $80 for me and my wife (only went there cause this store was going to close too soon for us). WouldΓÇÖve been half here, their rental selection isnΓÇÖt huge but if youΓÇÖre just starting out itΓÇÖll give you a taste for a little of everything. Plus they donΓÇÖt charge for showing you how to shoot (at least not to my knowledge idk if they were just being nice with me or if they do charge) thereΓÇÖs another range I went to where theyΓÇÖd charge $50 to talk you through it. 100% recommend this place and itΓÇÖll be the only place I go to from now on.

I have a gun that i wasnt sure was safe to fire. I went in the shop to look at guns and talk guns and maybe fire some guns. I started talking about my colt revolver that i was told was unsafe to fire. The gunsmith there, Katy, gave it a thourough look over and saw nothing wrong with it. She asked if I minded if she test fired it - now i know the gun is safe to fire. She was awesome. If you read this, Thanks Katy.

Nice establishment, good selection of ammunition and well maintained pistol and rifle ranges. The gun smith, Katie, replaced the rear sights on 2 of my pistols. She was fast (1 day), professional, did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

I was in the market for a gun and the salesmen gave me time to browse and when I was ready to choose one Alexander was able to help me. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details I was curious about, even broke the gun down and explained in detail the workings of the gun so that I knew the pros and cons and ways to upgrade in the future. I gave them my budget and eventually found one that fit all my needs and built it out in the way that I wanted it without overselling or being pushy. I appreciate sincerely their customer service and even gave me an hour on the range for free with my purchase. Thank you Cro-Arms!

Alex tabby and John hooked me up the last couple of days to get my AR back up and running needed a hand and a gass block to get it right. They where very quick personal and professional. Rifle spent less then a few hours out of my hands and was back to what it should be.
