Q: Do you have to bring something to hang your targets on?

A: There are posts and usually cardboard but brining a staple gun or something and tape is a very good idea.

- Jon Guffey (a year ago)

Q: Do all weapons have to be in cases and holsters before and after firing?

A: As your post has not yet been answered, while it is good practice to have your weapons controlled via case or holster when not in use, there is no prohibition on having weapons out and on the shooting bench while using another weapon or when down range. I have also seen rifles propped against the wall of the lean-to

Q: Is there wheelchair access at shooting range

A: There may not be anything specifically considered "Wheelchair" access but access to all the booths and targets is all flat ground. Shooting stalls have concrete floors that are level with the outside ground. It's all also pretty wide open as well so you can get around fine.

- joseph hamelman (a year ago)

A: No, you are responsible for range use and safety.

Really wish they would restore the old bridge, but still finding lots of new things out there and lots of ponds to fish from.

Great place to shoot, especially for beginners. Each lane only has spots for 2 shooters, which keeps down the noises and distractions. I took my 9yo son who hasn't done much shooting and I was able to bring him along slowly and instruct him without him feeling rushed with people waiting for the lane. Each shelter is large and has ample bench space to lay out your weapons/ammo. The berms between the lanes are large and provide a sense of security when walking down to your target. This also allows you to not have to wait for the other lanes to go safe before walking down, each lane can go safe/hot at it's own leisure. I'll make the drive from Bargersville 10/10 times (and I drive right past Atterbury every time if that tells you anything). I approve of my tax dollars at work here.

Awesome range, free! Bad part is, if you drive 45m to get here, it's hard telling if it will actually be open. Jan 9th 2020, closed FYI.

Decent place to shoot, need more space for at least 4 shooters, wait times are at times long. No goofy range rules, except the ones that should be in place, no rapid fire. Communicate with the other shooters on line at your own pace.
