Best customer service I've ever recieved at any business, not even just specifically at a gun store. Alex, Amelia, and Duncan are phenomenally helpful, patient, and attentive. They happily spent an incredibly long time helping me to purchase the perfect handgun for me. It's hard to describe how comfortable and enjoyable my experience here was. Also, their prices are amazing. I thought I was looking at the used section before realizing I was looking at new, that's how much better their prices are than the 5 other stores I've been to in the last month, and I also got way more for my trade-in than the other stores offered me. I don't know how they do it, but you need to check this place out if you haven't already.

Best gun store in the Springs. Nick and Amelia were able to answer questions and help me choose my next purchase. Very knowledgeable about everything in store and take the time to explain things you may not know or be unsure about. Would recommend 10/10 for first time or 100th time purchase.

The staff at DCF stays late several nights a week to allow people to shoot matches at the range. When the temperature is in the teens other clubs are cancelling outdoor matches, these guys make it possible to shoot a match all year long.

I just took the Pistol 103 rapid strings of fire course with TIG. What a super class! By the end of the two hours my skill level had already progressed significantly from the tips that TIG provided. The course definitely exceeded expectations. I plan to keep taking courses!

Came into the shop with a stripped screw on my new gun. Someone from the manufacturer had put red loctite into it. I was greeted as soon as I step in the store. The gunsmith on site told me.It's probably gonna take me a week to get to me, I agreed. As I was looking through the store, the gunsmith came up to me and said, my firearm was done. Without being told or me even asking, he took it upon himself to get me Taken care of right away. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Thank you Amelia, John, Duncan, Alex, and Steven. You guys are the best.

I wanted to recognize the crew from DCF East for their outstanding customer service, product knowledge an honest sales approach. Specifically, Duncan, Nick, Amelia, Alex and Devin took the time over a couple of days to help me understand a product I was interested in and ensured I had all the information to make the final purchase. They all were so patient in dealing with my plethora of questions which as a customer and member I greatly appreciate. Took a class -- though it was more like a private lesson -- from TIG. He was AWESOME! I just got a 9mm and wanted to get more familiar with it. Rapid fire, mag changes, dry fire drills, plus normal fire and grip. All excellent training for active shooter defense. Highly recommend.

DCF GUNS is my #1 go to for all my firearms, gear, and gunsmithing/millwork. Ive been a member a little over 2yrs now, and DCF is top notch. With a fully qualified and certified staff. DCF cuts absolutely no corners in the knowledge spectrum as well. I myself a Marine Veteran, Im always picking their brains and learning new knowledge,techniques,mechanics,etc. With the staff that I deal with on a regular basis, all of them help me as a team. Spencer,Alex,Miguel,Matt,Bill,and the best Armorer that I know Josh. DCF doesnt ignore you if youre a novice or an expert. DCF wont belittle you if youre not firearm savvy. They treat EVERYONE EQUAL. I personally have sent my friends,family,and co-workers to DCF, and they all were extremely impressed with thesenamed staffed members and with DCF in general. Theyre customer service and custom satisfaction is what I feel they take pride in. And in my opinion, theyre on point. Zero complaints here. What really impressed my family was that DCF #1 is SAFETY! I will only go to DCF and ALWAYS will thank you so much DCF and your staff!! This is my Ruger 5.56 that Josh did some work on for me. The trigger,buttstock,sights just to name a few. This is my newest rifle. My Sig Cross .308. Josh also installed my bipods, scope, and muzzle brake to perfection!! As always!! I want to give a big shout-out to the DCF East Team! IΓÇÖve been training and visiting this facility for quite some time now. Having experienced the transition from Whistling Pines to DCF, I can confidently say this range stands out among the rest. While pricing and changes in ownership have presented challenges, itΓÇÖs the outstanding staff that keeps me coming back. Mel deserves special recognitionΓÇösheΓÇÖs fantastic. WeΓÇÖve had our moments, but she has consistently taken care of me and my company, whether itΓÇÖs helping with orders or accommodating our scheduling needs. Nick and Devin are also great. Though I havenΓÇÖt known them as long, theyΓÇÖve been incredibly flexible and always make me feel like a priority. I also want to give a shout-out to Josh, whose gunsmithing skills have been a game-changer for the DCF team. In the past, this was an area that needed improvement, and Josh has definitely filled that gap. While I occasionally visit other ranges, DCF East is by far the best. The staff are approachable, communicative, and handle themselves professionally, even when faced with difficult customers. My only concern is the functionality of all the shooting lanesΓÇöthere are occasional issues, but given the heavy usage, I understand itΓÇÖs not always easy to maintain everything perfectly. Overall, thank you, DCF East, for your dedication and for being a great asset to our local gun community.

Had a great time shooting here with my boys. Devin was great and very helpful when renting weapons for my boys to try out. He showed us the VR setup in the back and let my kids try it out, they had an absolute blast playing on that. It had several different training scenarios and fun graphics, including a Dinosaur themed one. Overall, great experience and we will be going back.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and warm staff! Wide variety of all types of guns right at DCF to rent and try before purchasing. Shooting lanes free for ladies on Wednesdays! Fun atmosphere with a community feel, not intimidating at all for the ladies out there who may be concerned. Fantastic experiences!

Took a SIG instructor class at DCF in March. First time in Colorado Springs. Have been to many ranges in many states. Want folks to know that DCF East, was a top notch destination to take the two day SIG Handgun class. Big shoutout to Spencer, who no only helped getting everything I needed in place, to the amazing SIG instructor, it was a five star experience, all the way. DCF staff (Spencer, Alex, Miguel, sorry if I did not list all of you were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better). Spencer, thank you for all of your help before and during the two day class. So, if you are heading to Colorado Springs, make sure you get some range time in at DCF East.
