I have been here twice with a buddy and each time has been a great experience. The first time we were having issues zeroing our new red dots and they took the time to help us zero them and chat with us about carry options and set-up. By far the best experience I've had at a range.

The pistol permit class was good but failed to help me with paper work for the pistol carry paper work to hand into ny state after I was done with the class.

Hands down the best range IΓÇÖve been to, when it comes to all aspects, customer-friendly, informative, very clean and state of the art facility. IΓÇÖve wrote reviews on different ranges but this is by far the best range/shop IΓÇÖve been to in upstate New York. The guys at this place are awesome.

First time at Defensor, very nice place, range is great and nice people, paid for an hour of range time , they didnt rush us out and allowed us to stay past at no extra charge.

I have been there twice and have had great experiences both times! The workers are very friendly, helpful and have a great sense of humor. Love the zenfullness of the running water in the 25 yard range! 😉

The guys here are wonderful, helpful, very knowledgeable, and super inviting. The lanes are always well taken care of, and they carry a huge array of pistols, ammunition, and rifles.

I would recommend Defensor and David DiTullio to anyone wanting to take the concealed carry permit course. The environment was great and the instructor was excellent. I intend to complete my gun training using the many courses available.

Went with my 8 other friends, rented their am and ar and had a blast, was our first time handling guns and they were very nice and informative about everything. Would rate 6/5 if possible

Poor experience with one of the employees with a firearm transfer. He was toying around with a brand new rifle I bought. I wonΓÇÖt ever return here.

Always enjoy going there. My 1st time there, I was nervous as a newb to being at a range, but Dave, Jeff, and Josiah helped me, and I took private lessons also with Josiah, which helped :) Great place.

Took my wife for her very first Pistol lesson. Never shot a weapon before. David DiTullio provided excellent one on one range instruction and made my wife feel very comfortable and at ease. She is now excited and looking forward to her next day at the range. Thank you, David!

Excellent facility! The staff are very professional & pleasant & really know their stuff. The course was helpful & informative, the material was easily understood, the instructor's teaching style a big help in that department. i highly recommend them & i'm confident in my pursuit of my permit ( i wish i had started on it before all the ridiculous skyrocketing price-raising by the state, but very glad i stopped procrastinating & went in and enrolled!). i can't stress how comfortably & safely they teach proper gun safety & knowledge of the laws.
