Wonderful experience! Staff were so patient and informative! Shout out to Todd and Emanuel. They both really walked me through every step to make sure I was comfortable! I kept apologizing to Todd “I feel like you’re babysitting me!” 🤣😂 thank you for the great experience!

I really like Delta Arsenal. IΓÇÖve bought 3 pistols from them, the employees are helpful and friendly and make getting paper work done fast and painless. I just bought a Ruger RXM and Tim made the process fast and easy. Lee the gun smith is also super helpful if you have an issue with any gun. They have many lanes at the range so you donΓÇÖt have to wait to long. Just over all very happy with every experience IΓÇÖve had there.

Most shops and ranges have a rude staff for beginners, in my opinion. I have been here 4 times and Ed is the man, and an active veteran. They all love to answer questions and never make you feel like there are any dumb questions. It is an hour plus drive for me and me and my wife go every weekend since day one. Absolutely the best saff who remember you and get you into action fast and safely. What's up guys

Decided to visit this shop after researching for a new suppressor and this business was on their list of stocking dealers. Walked in, asked a couple employees to see about suppressors and was given the cold shoulder. One just got up and walked away the other told me to see any sales person. Made two laps around the store and found no one. Apparently, their shooting range is the money maker as they didnΓÇÖt appear to care about sales. I am glad the locals have a place to practice but it was a wasted trip to that side of the state for me. Go here if you need a place to shoot, but find an another location for more of a selection and better customer service. For the record, went there for availability of Thunderbeast Suppressors, I saw none.

I just made the worst experience of my life at Delta Arsenal. This Saturday morning I called them to ask about the Canik TTI combat and they said I’m the lucky one the gun just came in. I drove over one hour and a half to get there and once I was there the gentleman told me the gun is not here. The policy was first come first got it and I accepted that so I decided to rent the rival S and spend some time at the shooting range After I was done, I decided to go back down and get a shotgun once I found the shootgun I liked i went to the desk to finish the paperwork at the desk came another Customer with Canik TTI combat and I asked him when did he get the gun. He said just now so I called the supervisor over to ask what’s going on… I finally figured out that they hide the gun from me for another customer that they know better than me. the supervisor was not helpful at all in this situation he told me it is what it is and you have a good day. today I called the new owner to complain and his reaction was not better. He denied everything and said my employees will never do that and he said that I just wasted 15 minutes of his time 🤷🏼‍♂️ To your answer : I will suggest everyone to check delta arsenal llc how many times They had a investigation. It’s not the same guy with 3 profiles complaining that’s just not true. I’ll give you two reviews one in Google and one on .Yelp You guys are horrible.

Today, I attended a pistol training class with Brian Sargent, who was the instructor. This class greatly exceeded my expectations! Brian, who is a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor, immediately noticed what I was doing incorrectly and explained it to me in an easy-to-understand manner. I learned and improved more in the two hours of this class than I would have of years practicing on a range on my own. I highly recommend these reasonably priced classes to anyone looking to improve their skill and safety.

This establishment informed me that they would be getting a Canik TTI Combat and it would be first come, first serve. So I called often to ensure IΓÇÖd be first to get it, and more importantly they said they would post online when they would get it. IΓÇÖve been calling consistently, only to find out that they sold the Canik on Saturday without ever posting and led many people on. It seems like they must have sold to a buddy or something, but why lead people on then?
